This Pets at home is probably the best Vet you can find around. The staff is super friendly (Especially Dawn). We've been customer for many years, and every-time they have been helpful, from the receptionist, vet nurse, vet... well everyone. And I can tell we do go there often, not by choice... but clearly our dogs must be coordinated between each others which one is the next one to need a consultation... on a monthly basis.

My toothless old boy Billy (cat) was I thought at the end of his days. Vet Joanne was having none of it , A Jab and some anti inflammatory treatment has seen him back to his very annoying pushy demanding ways. I couldn't be happier or more surprised, Many thanks.

I am very satisfied with the way I am greeted by reception staff. All the vets/nurses are always friendly and l like how nice and friendly they are to Bennie. I would have liked more information on what to feed Bennie (he is a German Spitz) a breed I have never dealt with.

We rung the practice and explained what had happed to Bonnie. She was able to be booked in that same day even though we didn’t ring up at the opening time of the practice. The vet was really nice and explained clearly and sensitively the options we had for Bonnie. She was given treatment straight away and sent home with further treatment that was clearly explained to us how to use. Bonnie was able to be booked in for emergency surgery for the next day and is now recovering well.

Such a lovely veterinary practice. Every member of staff is wonderful, and so reassuring. The vets are so kind to my cats (thanks Jose) which makes it seem like it's more than just a job to them, and they're completely transparent about cost and treatment options. I've honestly never been this happy with a veterinary practice. I wouldn't trust anyone with George and Dweebs now.

Always friendly staff and that includes the vets here. Very pleased with the treatment given to our little Lhasa Apso who was quite poorly. The shop has a huge range of food and items for the majority of “household” pets. This shop also has a groomer to pamper you favourite pet.

Staff are always soo polite and helpful in this branch. I bought some fish today and the colleague spent time to get the fish I selected from the tank and as always great service at the till. A great place to shop.

My kitten, Harry, had his first visit. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. Waiting area was clean. Vet was really gentle with my kitten and explained everything to me. Cost of check, vaccines and flea and worm treatment was very reasonable.I will definitely use them again and would recommend.

Efficient & friendly vets , would recommend 😍 . We have recently changed to this vets and have taken our puppy for her 1st check and vaccinations and our 5 year old dog for her health check & vaccination. We were impressed with the friendly greeting at the reception and the thorough clinical examination. The vets answered all our questions as did the lady who made our appointment on the phone . We are glad we chose this vet after a bad experience at last vets .

The staff member I spoke to on the phone regarding a dog that needs rehoming was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with their suggestions. I called today upset and lost and didn’t know how I could access an affordable vet to help our beloved rescue cat. The man who answered the phone immediately was so kind and so professional. He helped us immediately and treated me with respect and compassion whilst focussing on what could be done to help our beautiful cat. I cannot thank you enough for today. I had called around the whole of Medway for help and information and your gentleman RSPCA volunteer was more professional and more helpful than anyone else again thank you very much for all you have done for our Fella today 🤩

This vets has looked after my cat Bobby for the past two and a half years during his battles with multiple health conditions, most frequently triaditus. During this time the care has always been second to none and they have truly done the best they can for him. Sadly on this last occasion it was not a battle he could win, however Magda at the start of the week was very caring and considerate and readily agreed to start him on fluids as I’d stated this worked before and had a clear plan to help him within moments of discussing his history. Stuart at the end of the week has seen Bobby before and tried everything he could to assist and made sure that everything possible had been tried before telling me we had to let him go. He had previously advised that a low fat as possible diet was the best option for him after his extremely close recovery in Nov 22 and Feb 23, and this gave us more time with our pet. Even at the end Stuart acted with the highest amount of care and compassion to Bobby and myself, it was truly appreciated. Thank you to you all.

Very relieved to find that the nurse on duty had extensive knowledge of birds. Specialist help out of hours is hard to find. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Toni the African Grey is back to her old self

I can’t thank you all enough! Amazing staff, so caring. I Brought my daughters 1 year old bunny Winnie in as she wasn’t herself! Not eating or drinking. Was given the diagnosis that she had bloat (swelling of the intestines and stomach). This is fatal in bunnies. The vet gave her injections for pain relief and to help ease the stomach. I brought her home thinking the worst but after feeding her critical care, water and giving her lots of love she is now back to her normal stroppy self. Yes it was very expensive but worth every penny for us to have a happy daughter and healthy bunny. I know it’s early days but we will get her through this. Xx 2 weeks on and an update to say she’s doing amazing! Thank you again xx

We used Vets Now in an emergency a few nights ago when our dog was poorly. All of the staff were fantastic, so caring and very knowledgeable. They helped to put us at ease and were so good with our dog, making sure that she wasn't stressed at such a challenging time. A huge thank you to the whole team, we highly recommend them.

Rabbit in GI stasis. It was perhaps a quiet night, maybe 4 other clients, but Jakob saw us promptly, did a thorough check over, and was clearly used to handling and dealing with rabbits, which not all vets are. Quick treatment with medication, checked for possible causes, including teeth, to avoid repeat problems, so was sent home with a much improved rabbit, and medication for follow up care. £400, but that's a fair price for what was needed right then. Friendly and sympathetic receptionist too.

Very positive experience. The staff clearly enjoy their job. They had great empathy and reassured us and explained everything at each step. We felt our pet had a positive experience and will still see a visit to the vet as a positive experience.
