Our experience at Eureka Vets has been a great one. Kind, compassionate staff, and very caring and thorough vets. Our dogs have now passed, but even during this difficult time, Eureka vets were exceptional. For everything you did for Dexter and Buddy, thank you very much.

I see a lot of bad reviews if they need to change they will always call you! Dexter loves and I mean loves this vets i take him and he's eager to go through the door , Frenchie very vocal lol and they are so good with him! I wouldn’t go no where else! Lovely vets. All the staff are so kind & caring. Our Addison's rescue dog is terrified of the vets, but the team are so great with her (especially Emily & Alex!) & I'm sure she realises they saved her, after a recent Addison's crisis. Great team!

This is a great, friendly practice. It’s reasonably easy to get an appointment, there’s always been parking available and you don’t have to wait around for ages. I first visited with a friend and immediately changed from my previous practice, as the vibe was so good. Even my dog likes it!

Amazing vets. I moved from another vets to these, and am so glad. Very caring staff. Vets who put the animals needs before money. Never had an issue getting an appointment, and usually got a same or next day appointment when I've had concerns.

Well, THIS is how a vet should be! Goodness, what a relief to know that one in the area, at least, isn't interested in what they can get out of the customer. I left another in Ashford after suspecting I was being encouraged to have treatment that wasn't necessary. It seems my suspicions were correct. So it was important that I was able to gain trust in a new vet, and one who could show professionalism and compassion for my elderly pup. And there we met Hannah, an amazing addition to their team. You could not ask for a kinder, friendlier, more professional person to look after your bundles of fluff. My little girl can be anxious to say the least. She has taken to Hannah, to the point that when she's well enough, she goes bounding in to her appointment for cuddles. I can't stress enough that that expression of care and love for your animal is a huge factor. What a frantic owner needs at the point of stress and upset is somebody who clearly loves the animals they are working with. Somebody who is able to show that affection and kindness and willingness to bond with your pet. That is gold. Even if the answers are hard to come by, or even if they cannot provide all the answers immediately, you feel completely assured that they care, and caring is central. The whole team there have been fantastic - putting up with numerous enquiries and checks and worries from me. And sadly we've been a regular visitor of late! And we can't thank Hannah enough. She no doubt saved my bundle recently. What an incredible thing that we moved over to Margetts just after she joined the team. And what an incredible vet she is. This is a plea - don't change. As clients we are very rapidly seeing what vets owned by big companies look like, and we are losing those qualities that the team at Margetts show. And I think we are slowly seeing this backfiring, as more people move from those types of vets to independent ones. Thank you, Margetts. The pup and myself are hugely grateful you are there (even when one of us protests about thermometers ending up in places we'd rather they didn't). ;)

After having seen several negative reviews I feel the need to add my view. Both my previous dog and my current one have had the utmost care from all of the staff at this practice. They have worked with me to find the best treatment at the time and they have actually saved me money on various occasions. All of the staff are caring and compassionate and will do everything they can to make sure my dog was/is given the best treatment possible . I can only say what my experiences have been but I am completely satisfied they have given 110% regarding the welfare of my animals.

Have recently transferred to this vets after several recommendations from family and friends. Have only been once so far but all the receptionists/nurses and vets seem very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to really care about your animals welfare rather than making money selling you things you don't need.

This was my first visit to a veterinary hospital in the UK with my dog, Skye. She had to have a blood test. Lovely friendly feel to the rooms. Skye was a little unsure at first but soon settled down. Lovely friendly staff made you feel very welcome.

My pup (4years old) is my baby. I expect and will ensure the best for her from her medical practice and I’m proud and thankful to tell you this practice has never fallen short. They put her first, I feel safe if I have to leave her there for operations. She’s been unlucky to have had two cruciate ligament replacements/ fixes but her care was so wonderfully kind, professional, knowledgeable and solid I have felt ‘part of the team’ to try and heal her up. Proud to say that she is doing great and every time I see her running around I’m grateful to this practice. Have been with this practice for 4 generations if doggos and will continue :)

I cannot thank Green Lane enough for the care they gave my Dear old Annie . She suffered from fits since January . An old lady at 15 , sadly she got a little bit more poorly, but a year on and sadly was her time to run in the field in the sky. She was so looked after by Val and her colleagues. I cannot thank you enough for giving us another year with our dear Annie wobbles. The care till the end was outstanding. We miss her dearly but happy memories a must. Thank you so much all of you . You go beyond and that me and Annie will always be grateful . Thank you for giving me and the boys that extra time and always understanding . Great team. Big love and thanks

First experience of them since moving to Headcorn . Very efficient and friendly and put themselves out for you . Very impressed so far . My cat is very 'spicy' when vets are needed and my previous vets always made it feel and inconvenience, this definitely didn't appear to be the case with Green Lane ☹️

My dog fell sick when I was in the area on holiday, it was such a worrying time being in an unfamiliar place without our own vet. They were enormously helpful on the phone and booked us in to be seen immediately. The staff at the reception desk and the vet were friendly and reassuring and I left with medication so that we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Thank you. Highly recommended.

First time I have used these vets. I found them so good. The vet was so good with my dog and explained everything to me. We wasnt rushed at all. He let Pheobe walk around the room so she could smell the room. I will be using Tenterden again.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

Recently had to take our cat to Companion Care for multiple visits due to an ongoing health issue that unfortunately resulted in our little friend no longer being with us. This was a very difficult time for us but the staff were exceptional from start to finish! The care and compassion shown by every colleague made the whole experience more bearable and we genuinely felt they done everything they could possibly do to help us through it. Terrific Vets looked after our Harvey until his last day x Extremely good with dogs wasn't good with anybody and I remember 6 years ago he bit one of the vets awkwardly on the thumb normally that would be game over find another vet but nope not Companion Care. When we got that call that ripped us to shreds when our Harvster was riddled with Cancer they were so understanding. Thank you so very very much for making our Brave little boy welcome to his last days 😭😭😭😭 xx

I have rescued two feral colony cats from Greece and it has not been easy, yesterday was their first vet visit and Jacob was incredible with them. He made it as comfortable as possible with them I was surprised they let him touch them. Although the prices can be a little steep at barrow hill you can't fault the quality of service provided. I wasn't rushed, all my questions were answered and it was a very successful first vets trip for my two. Very lucky to have met him.

My dog was severely ill and my own vets would not see us as they had no availability. I rushed him to a different vets who admitted him immediately but told us to be prepared for the worst. At 8pm vets now took over his care. They gave us regular updates and gave our pup the best care which meant he made a full recovery. The team were great and I will be forever grateful to them

They helped him turn a corner when things were looking critical, took great care of him and helped in his recovery from an infection. Almost lost our little kitty after she got hit by car. She spent 4 days in the vets and at one stage we were seriously considering letting her go. But amazingly she made a comeback and pulled through. All of the staff were amazing with her, especially Brendon and Becky. We felt listened to the whole way through and got the impression that everyone really cared about our baby girl. They were honest and supportive throughout every decision we had to make and kept us really well informed about her progress. When we thought we were going to lose her we really appreciated the way they spoke to us about it and didn’t sugarcoat the situation. I have no doubt the outcome would’ve been different if she didn’t have a team of people around her so ready and willing to do all they could for her, and who genuinely care about every pet that comes through their doors. Thank you so much for everything, you’ve given us our baby back ❤️

Although hugely expensive the emergency appointment was good. Short wait. Excellent nurse. Very sensible nice vet who prescribed meds. Unfortunately our dog is still gravely ill but I felt the emergency visit was reassuring.
