Seen quickly, the vet carried out her checkup on our cats efficiently and with care and answered our questions.

Everyone is very welcoming. I have always managed to get a same day appointment if my dog is very unwell and I am really worried. Visiting the practice is a pleasure and my dog is rushing to get through the door when we go in to collect her worming and flea treatment tablets. At the consultation everything is clearly explained. I have recently recommended a friend to the practice and they have now joined.

Today, was a very unfortunate unforgettable sad day and moment with my baby Milo 😞 💔 but I couldnt thank more for the kind support of the vet in service today which I didn't get his name , but a very wise kind hearted gentleman that helped me alot and gave me the best advice at the time being. A lovely nurse also came along and she was all the time with me in some way giving me comfort. I can't thank them both enough for what they have done for me today. 👏🏽 God Bless them for their kindness 🙏🏼 ❤️

It’s not often I would post a review but the sheer volume of love, affection, care, understanding and empathy from all concerned when ‘our special boy’ fell asleep on Monday was above and beyond normal expectations. Thank you all especially Alan the locum vet who was so supportive and kind and the vetinary nurse (sorry forgot to ask your name) who was with us and our boy before, during and after when he crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge. Our thanks to Elaine who fitted us in when the surgery was not busy. And last but no means least to ‘Denise’ you looked after ‘Our Special Boy’ from diagnosis and helped us both understand and seeing him at the drop of a hat. Thank you all and I need to mention the ‘sympathy card and words’ sums up everything I have said Thank you 💔

Best vets I have ever taken my pets to. They have such a high duty of care for their animals, they take away any worries that you have and are very knowledgable. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I will be forever grateful to Martina and Melanie for saving my girl Coco (dog) who accidentally swallowed a rubber ball. I turned up at 11 am suspecting that my dog swallowed a ball, couple of hours later she had an x-Ray and emergency surgery. Martina was very caring and I gave me confidence that I’m leaving my dog in the right hands. Everyone at the surgery is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. My dogs are always happy to visit. Been using Park Vets for 15 years, they are amazing and offer a first class service! Always get an appointment within a few hours, the reception ladies are always so kind and welcoming, the vets are spot on and always so good with my frightened dog. This photo was taken two hours after having 5 teeth remove - her recovery was unbelievable x

These guys went above and beyond for my pup Luna when she had a terrible accident and had impaled herself on a branch in the woods. My son had taken her for a walk while i was at work and a stranger kindly took them to gatehouse vets in baldock however they weren't able to help and were shockingly insensitive and dismissive (even though ive been told multiple times i should switch to them👀) i was far from impressed and i wasnt the only one. Anyway back to the amazing team at letchworth vets for pets they did everything they could for Luna my son and myself in this extremely traumatising situation and i cannot thank them enough! They are truly vets, nurses and receptionist in it for the love of animals!

I’ve been registered here since our Yorkie was 8 weeks old (he’s 7 1/2 now) and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff are amazing and the staff turnover is very low so you see the same faces. Lenka, one of the vets has seen our Biewer since she was a pup and saved her life by stabilising her and sending us straight to the hospital, she wouldn’t have made the night otherwise (this came from the Neurologist). We also foster, so I’m always popping over with one foster or another, they couldn’t be more helpful. Lastly, we have just foster failed and adopted Mickey, our deaf/blind Collie. He just needed to have a tooth out and the staff were so good. I needed to be with him when he went to sleep and when he woke up so he knew he was safe. They were so good I don’t think he was anxious at all or even knew I had left him. 10/10 from all of us.

the vets - Lenka and Rose are very considerate and lovely with my dogs. Amy was very helpful and understanding when I had reason to complain about the Head Office's policy of withdrawing lifetime cover for my dogs. The rating is 5* for the branch, but zero stars for the head office to which I have written on 2 occasions - and who couldn't be bothered replying! I think head office could do with customer service training.

Receptionists friendly and helpful. I find the Vets caring, kind, helpful and put your mind at rest.

I took in my 12 week old puppy for her 2nd lot of inoculations. The vet also gave my puppy a complete health check and explained any concerns I had. What was nice is that the vet just took her time, no hurrying.

We have had very good service (4 years so far). The vets and nurses have always been very professional and caring when providing annual checkups, vaccinations and treatments for our cat.

Excellent staff who show they love animals and very happy to answer questions. We appreciated their kindness when we had to have our cat Holly put to sleep and fully trust them with the care of our current two cats.

Visited with my cat who was having breathing problems. The decision was made to let him go as he was old and probably wouldn't respond to treatment etc. Zoe and her colleague were excellant throughout the whole procedure and felt they did whatever they could to ensure Marley slipped away peacefully which made our grieving a little bit more easier.

The service was fantastic, the cost on the other hand in my opinion was high, £70 for the consultation and £46.74 for Isaderm gel (£12.99 online) all including VAT, was really expensive. Whilst I appreciate that as a business they need to make money, but………………..

This veterinary practice is excellent. Zoe is an extremely helpful vet and brilliant at her job. Could not be happier using this practice as I have a tricky dog that is looked after so well and has gradually gotten better through the professional help from those that work at Walton Lodge.

We can not say anything more positive about this practice who we have used for many years and showed tremendous compassion and kindness during the last days of our cat Beau. A special thanks to Fred and Chloe who cared for her during this sad time

Muttley first went to Good companions as a pup but after that never needed a vet. He was a beautiful cockerpoo. In his 12th year he became very poorly. It happened so fast and there was nothing that could be done. Chloe was amazing. Kind caring and professional. Chloe and Harriet came to us as we didn’t want Muttley to take his final sleep anywhere else but in his home. They were so kind and caring. We were given all the information we needed and were consulted every step of the way. Muttley went to sleep peacefully with us holding him. He wagged his tail till the end. Thank you for being so careful and loving to him. The footprint, fur, forget me not seeds you sent made me cry but we will treasure them❤️ Thank you x

This is an excellent surgery and they go all out to help. I won't hesitate to use them again. Ruby was very very poorly. Still not out of the woods but she has everyone's attention. Very grateful for all the help :)

Excellent Vets, my previous two dogs used to come here and my current dog does spanning 20 years now. All the Vets are very caring and kind but my Staffy adores Vet Chloe, so I always ask for her. Whoever answers the phone on reception is also very helpful and polite and all the Nurses are brilliant and caring.

Pepper came in to be spayed on the 30 th of July and to say I was a bundle of guilty nerves is an understatement! Every one there that day gave me so much confidence that she was in not just safe, but really compassionate hands. She has always liked going to the vets, and that's obviously a reflection of your care. Thank you , and with real sincerity, because you made the whole experience that I'd been worrying about so much easier. Also, her recovery has been remarkable and not once has she indicated any irritation or pain , so from the first friendly face on opening the door, through to the very reassuring and skillful vet, we would both like to Thank you

After being highly recommended by pets at home I was extremely happy with the specialized care my Guinea pigs have received from the Village vets. After preparing to say goodbye to 3 of my babies, they have all managed to be saved by the incredible care received ❤

Had a very poorly dog this week and Barton Lodge looked after her with great care and compassion. The Vets and nurses are exceptional. Christina the vet was fantastic and very caring. All the staff get 10/10 from Tavi the cavapoo. Thank you all very much

we've been to many vets in the past and Barton is by far the best. pedro and the nurses take lots of time and care of my 16yr old doggo to make sure she feels safe and never treats her as an object in a factory line. we will never go anywhere else - thank you!

Both my pets (cat and a dog) go here, and is the only vets I've taken them to where they don't freak out, both are always very calm going and when in there. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
