Pepper came in to be spayed on the 30 th of July and to say I was a bundle of guilty nerves is an understatement! Every one there that day gave me so much confidence that she was in not just safe, but really compassionate hands. She has always liked going to the vets, and that's obviously a reflection of your care. Thank you , and with real sincerity, because you made the whole experience that I'd been worrying about so much easier.
