The clinician at Letchworth Vets was excellent. She quickly identified issues, talked us through solutions, including likely cost, and the whole time she was empathetic with us and gentle with our dog. We've been with this practice for 12 years and they've always been on top of everything, to the point where we will drive a few extra miles from where we now live so that we get the same quality of expertise and service. This vet practice always delivers an excellent service and even exceeds expectations on occasions. I always feel they genuinely want to deliver the best service for your pet and are sensible and pragmatic on solutions rather than some vet practises who seem to just charge you a fortune for not a lot. All vets are great here but Jake is particularly fabulous.

Took one of our beloved dogs in for treatment of an ear infection. As usual, treated with professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Couldn't recommend Jake enough. His passion for the job and kindness towards pets and their humans is, without a doubt, unmatched. My partner has been using their services for a almost a decade now, and I am not surprised why she hasn't changed. A massive well done and thank you for being there for us 👏

First time of taking our pet snake to the vets to see Chris. Didn't know what to expect but felt comfortable and Chris explained everything and followed up by an email. He was recommended to us and certainly would recommend him to anyone else with an exotic pet.
