Great service as always. I rang on Thursday asking for a non-urgent appointment for both of my dogs for the following day, not really expecting to get one, the receptionist explained that it was unlikely as there were staffing issues, one of my dogs could definitely be seen, however the immediate next appointment was already taken. The receptionist (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) asked me to wait 5 minutes, she would make a call to see if that appointment could be moved, I was called back with the news that appointment had been moved and both of my dogs could be seen.
As usual excellent service was received when the dogs were looked at, the following day.
I cannot recommend Alders enough.
I’ve been a customer of all Vets for a while now with various animals. We have receptionists have always been pleasant understanding supportive the veterinary team that we’ve met so far. I’ve also been very good understanding and generally this tidiness to the place is always good and will continue to use all the Vets for several years to come no doubt, would recommend to friends nice practice on the new Queen Elizabeth Park as well .
