I accompanied Gerald for his half yearly health check and booster vaccinations. From walking through the door till leaving the practice the whole experience was yet again, one of pure joy for Gerald. Fantastic Vets From reception right through to the vet they always treat you brilliantly and kindly. My only issue is its absolutely impossible to make an appointment online and rarely get back to emails. ALWAYS resolve any issues over the phone however I do have a phone phobia so do all my communications online! But the surgery itself is fantastic.
