Excellent service at a time anxieties were high. Calm, friendly staff. My dog was quite relaxed with the staff, most of the time. Reception was clean and tidy with lots of information. We were kept informed of the reason for delay in seeing vet straight way. If my dog is happy, then so am I.

If you’re ever worried about your pet out of hours this is the place to take them. Receptionist was so patient and lovely with me, as I was crying over the phone. Upon arrival she was so nice and understood that our staffy Izzy was nervous of dogs and arranged for the vet to collect us from the car. The vet took decisive action and was upfront and totally honest about costs, chances of survival and what would be best for us. He gave our staffy a dose of steroids that no doubt got her through the weekend ready for our usual vets on Monday morning. She has since been diagnosed with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia, and she is incredibly poorly. We’re still not sure if she will pull through, but the vet was also very honest about a blood transfusion and the cost of at least £5000. He put our minds at rest in that we are doing everything we can and he saved her little life over that weekend for sure. The charge was very reasonable, which was on a Sunday with steroids, antibiotics and anti sickness. So so glad we took a chance on them. Thank you so much and thank you for being human, we have found other vets, especially emergency ones quite the opposite.

Thank you to the vet and the two nurses that took care of my guinea pig earlier this week. He unfortunately did not make it but the staff were beyond compassionate and you could tell that they had tried everything they possibly could. He was seen immediately and communication was honest and human. Thank you for making an incredibly sad experience more bearable, and for showing kindness to Strudel

When my puppy Ruby was very poorly the care she received was excellent and I can't thank them enough. Ruby is now much better Thank you all .

Vets now were amazing for our dog Lola. We went to them as our dog was in extreme pain and our vet had insisted the only other option was euthanasia the vet took the time to examine her and give us advise on other options and due to his advise and report to our vet we were referred to a specialist yesterday and given new pain relief for our dog and have a much better outlook on her making a recovery. I am incredibly grateful to him for giving us hope when we thought there was none. Thank you!
