The stars are primarily for the guy who adopted the 4 male rats to us a couple weeks back. His knowledge and friendliness was refreshing! I don’t usually go into pets at home because there products for rodents and fish are expensive and not appropriate! The cages are tiny and usually the animals don’t last long as they come from bad breeding but the 4 we adopted had been relinquished to pets at home and I had just lost a hamster so screw it! Living their best life!

Definitely recommend them all, such a lovely bunch. Very welcoming, caring, a couple of years ago we lost our pup Mylo and they were all incredible, tried so hard bless them, they sent us a card through the post afterwards, it was beautiful. I’m forever thankful for all the effort they put in. Since then we’ve used them for our other doggy, they’ve been brilliant. Staff are always so happy 🩷

Staff are very polite and welcoming. Store is always kept well stocked, clean and tidy. Regretfully our Logan gets a bit nervous as we approach the stairs leading up to the 'Vets'
