Reviews
Recently moved vets (having moved location several years ago but having continued to visit our previous vet who we had been going to for nearly 25 years). Best decision. Brilliant first experience and Jenny was lovely with our elderly cat. Really cared/listened and had a solution and range of treatment to explore if needed. Seen quickly and without fuss. Communication at all levels excellent. Me and Barnaby say thank you x
I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.
Our dear Ruby still has no fear of visiting Cedar Vets everyone is always so nice to her. Tom helped me to decide if Ruby has Cataracts, she’s over 11yrs old now, it seems that she does and there was no hesitation with referring her to a specialist to see if we can make her autumn years a bit more comfortable. Excellent, friendly service!
It’s always been the same with our other two dogs that have now crossed over.. Rosie made it to over 16yrs helped by Cedar vets xxx
Cedar Vets are the best. Their PetsApp means clients can contact a vet directly, without needing to call or email. Yesterday, the practice gave me a last minute appointment even though it was after the bank holiday weekend and they were super-busy. Ellie, who treated my cat, was amazing. She had had a full-on day but took time and care with my cat, even cutting his claws. All the vets my cat has seen at Alton have been excellent, including Martin Andrews. Cedar Vets are by far the best vets I’ve had in my 20 years of owning cats.
Wonderfully caring experienced vets and nurses and reception team who are full of compassion and kindness as well as being highly skilled. It’s a pleasure to take my dogs there and they love going there too. We are all thankful for everything they do. 💕
