Really impressed with out experience. The vet was fantastic and gave our little bunny a full health check before his vaccines. The reception staff are really efficient and friendly and the surgery is fresh and clean.

As always staff were very helpful, understood my concerns and arranged a prompt appointment. The vet was very thorough and explained what was likely to be the problem. Took a blood test and gave pain relief. I received the result of the blood the next day which I thought was very quick which put my mind at rest for the moment but will have to wait and see if the problem reoccurs.

Phoned in morning and my dog taken in a couple of hours later for stitch up operation. He is doing well and back to normal in days.

I recently took our cat to see Anniemiek, and wow she as always is so kind, gentle and explains what is going on. It was a tummy upset and after reassurance, my cat was fine. The receptionists too are very good and professional, always have a smile when you arrive. A five star service without question.

Excellent service and all the staff are helpful. Very good vets practice.

Everyone at Pennington and New Milton are fantastic. My Max was very poorly not that we knew at the time and his care was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Forest lodge have looked after Max since he was a puppy andi would never go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and Max is very comfortable when he is there
