Hilsea vets Downland practice. A friendly welcome with an efficient team. Filled me with confidence putting my dogs care and treatment into their hands.

Cannot fault the support and service from any of the vets, nurses or receptionists as all so friendly, caring and supportive. Only criticism is the new way of claiming insurance. Highly confusing and unclear of what is going on, what's paid for, what's due still. Cannot say thank you enough for looking after Florence and Archie so well

Downland provided and excellent level of care in keeping my dog alive. The vets kept me up-to-date with her progress and kept me assured the whole time she was with them, even when she wasn't doing great, they kept my in the know with phone call updates. Very pleased with the care the give animals and owners alike.

Lovely vets, staff are always friendly. Always happy to give advice and care . Very compassionate when u lose a pet an after . Would highly recommend downlands over other vets .

I've been with Gregg and his team for a while now, I have never found a vet that care as much as they do and give such a personalised service. When our old boy passed away last year they truly looked after us during a time of immense grief. I couldn't recommend them more!

The reception staff at carisbrooke are lovely - sympathetic and professional - and the vets have helped us with chickens, dogs and wild animals with equal ability. Very happy with the practice.

I have used this practice for just on 20 years now. I have always found them to be very professional and easy to deal with. The only thing I am not overly happy about is the price of a Animal health certificate for my two dogs. Bearing in mind, I can sometimes travel twice a year, it is quite expensive.

The time given and patience to see if anything else could be done for our beautiful Molly dog was greatly appreciated, unfortunately Molly passed away peacefully with all her family around her x

All the Harbour vets are very professional and friendly but we first took Rosie our Pom to the Drayton branch and she fell in love with Matko, the vet who has looked after her health since May 2022. She knows he has real affection for her and she trusts him. She also feels secure with all the staff. The receptionists are helpful and empathetic and the nurses are full of knowledge and good advice and so gentle. Rosie is benefitting from this and we're both looking forward to her check up with the lovely Alys next week. Thank you all at Harbour x PS/ This is an update of my recent visit. All the veranarian are very friendly had excellent experience with them they took care of my pomeranian and two cats never had any problems with them just love the dr he is so good with my baby's both my cats were flying out of the country they were able to take care of all the shots needed to fly ..would recommend them to all my friends and family..Thank you for everything 🌝🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐶

They are so good with my little Molly they have really looked after her, such a nice friendly team. In the times I have had to visit with Molly they take the time to listen to concerns and advise. Plenty of parking and very easy to get too.

A fantastic veterinary practice. The staff all care so much about the welfare of their patients, going above what you’d normally expect from a veterinary practice. Sadly we lost one of our older dogs to cancer a few years ago, and the staff were all so upset as they all regarded Maxxy Boy to be one of their own pets. We have moved away from the local area, but we still continue to use this practice because of the way that our pets are treated. Each one of our pets is regarded as if they belong to the staff.

All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone with a fury family member

A helpful and friendly veterinary surgery. The staff are all very supportive on the phone and in person. We have our first puppy and they patiently put our mind at rest around a few questions and issues that we had. I would definitely recommend.

I will be forever great for Jo the nurse at Locks Heath and Jack the vet. My 9months old cocker mabel became poorly very quickly. I can't honestly thank you enough for going above and beyond for her and me. I had regular updates throughout the day and a lovely call from Jo this morning checking up on her. She's home now thankfully and on the mend. From Debbie and Mabel pup 🐶

I'm Poppy the Weimaraner, and I had my laparoscopic spay today at Animed, a fast paced specialist surgical facility who find laparoscopic work routine and very straightforward. My surgeon, Antonia Auty was personally recommended to my Daddy by another vet and I'm grateful they did. She explained everything very clearly to Mum and Dad, and constantly gave us the opportunity to change our mind about the procedure. She is supported by exceptionally personable and professional nurses and admin staff. Dad said average wouldn't last long at Animed. Lastly it's cheap! I'm really not sure how they made money out of me today. Thank you Antonia, nursing and admin team for keeping me safe and mum and dad happy xxx

We had a collar issue with our cat and Sandy on reception found one at another branch and we collected it 30 minutes later.. Thankyou Sandy for going above and beyond..

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. The service we received at Anderson Moores was excellent from the referral process through to the procedures that my dog received. The Vet , Sophie, helped me to understand the procedures that my dog needed. She was also very kind and compassionate when we received sad news. The support staff were also very kind and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anderson Moores.

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

Since moving to this area, in 1977, all our pets have been looked after by this and the Portsmouth unit superbly. With the passing of our cat Leo last Friday, today we returned unused medications, food and to pay for the final bill. A sad day to end an era, so a huge thanks to all the staff for the care and dedication they have given all our pets over the years, and to us too. Tod and Heather Sloan .

I really recommend this vets! They showed such care when my cat was unwell recently. The vet Samson was fantastic, really knowledgable & explained everything carefully, he also phoned me at home to see how things were going & got me to send pictures so he could check things, he just seemed to genuinely care. The women on the front desk were also brilliant, they were really caring & friendly & they helped me with my insurance & financial worries as I’d never had to use it before, but they made it all straight forward & we’re really understanding. I just want to say a big thank you!

My 2 cockapoos needed to be boarded very soon due to immedoate emergency essential repairs needed to bathroom & kitchen. Stubbington Ark needed all up to date health records soonest! Bruno's were fine, but Buddy's weren't & needed immediate attending to, otherwise he couldn't go. We would be stuck. Including I am really suffering from a Bulging (slipped) disk, which means I am not mobile. But thanks to swift action by Sara, who responded to this big ask, & accommodatingly arranged last minute urgent appointment for current checks & vaccinations, & then efficient transmission of information via email to Stubbington Ark, both our dogs are good to go!! Sara clearly understood the predicament I was in, & showed real empathy in dealing with this in the manner that she did. Fortunately a family member could transport the dogs to & from the vet at the last minute! And, also a big thank you to the vet who saw our 2 boys at such short notice & enabled us to all to get the situation sorted in time for all concerned! I have used Companion Vets since 2022 when we had Buddy our first puppy, then was joined by Bruno in 2023. We have absolutely no cause for complaint. All staff have been wonderful, personally & professionally, throughout.

Just wanted to say 'Thank you' to the staff at Companion Care. Sadly we had to say goodbye our border collie Jojo. From needing to bring the appointment forward by a day as Jojo was declining rapidly to providing a blanket for her at the time and a paw print with a cutting of fur. We also recieved a hand written card signed by staff. We collected Jojo ashes today and the practice manager made a point of sitting with us and offering her condolences as well as putting a fresh rose with Jojo's casket. Very simple but thoughtful touches which showed compassion for us at a difficult time . My only gripe is payment being wanted in the midst of us having to say goodbye to Jojo. This was something that could have been handled more sensitively and in a timely way. Thank you to all staff again,
