I had say good bye to my elderly cat at Pet Doctors this week, it was horrid but I must say the vet and the staff were so very kind and understanding. The vet gave me all the time needed to talk things through. I am so grateful, thank you.

Very caring and answered all questions I had, so far reliable and have a lot there to try to keep your cat calm while you wait (dog side of the waiting area had dog water bowl) different sides for cats/dogs which was nice, and a sprayed blanket for cats (feliway I think it was) wasn't waiting long as I got there early anyways, I'd recommend (I am an animal lover, but the extra little touches were really cool compared to when I was in a vets last about 20years ago)

They also had selection of foods and toys to buy for your pets including stuff like diabetic animal food etc

To wrap up, 5/5 no complaints and above and beyond. It's difficult for me to find things I have no problems with.

I went to uthanize my poorly cat, he was old and had a lot of issues. I was apparently given the worst vet in there to handle it as they made me feel very uncomfortable, judged and like I was a killer. I left in such a state, which is a shame because I've had no problems with this place before hand, they've always been so helpful and lovely. Especially after my mum passed in August they helped me with everything I needed to know and do. Just that one experience has put me on edge a little.
