Our visit was everything you want when your pet is unwell. Everything was explained to me and a blood test was done while I waited. Although a return trip is necessary, I am more than happy and would recommend The Cat Clinic should your cat be sick.
The two cats are very well cared for at the Botley branch of the Oxford Cat Clinic. No trip to the vet is without stress for a cat, but the staff make it as easy as possible, and the medical care is firs-rate.
The Oxford Cat Clinic did a great job looking after our special little friend who got an eye infection! The drive over stressed her out but after she was out of the carrier she was exploring the room and very relaxed. The vet also did a good job of reassuring the human in the room (probably a harder task tbh!)
Everything was explained clearly and what the next steps would be.
Very happy with the service and while I obviously hope to only see them for vaccinations, it's good to know our cat is in safe hands if anything goes wrong
Would highly recommend the clinic, we were treated with respect & kindness when unfortunately we had one of our cats put to sleep a few weeks ago.
Our other cat we took for a checkup & flea treatment & the receptionist & vet were extremely caring.

The Botley surgery has always been a welcoming, peaceful place attended by a caring team on every occasion. Vets communicate very well with cats and their carers, prescriptions readily and swiftly available, would highly recommend
