Honestly love these vets, they've been amazing with all of my dogs. Only been with the practice for a year, but we've definitely been more times than we'd like. Best vets in the area by far, you don't feel overcharged for the quality of care, and all of the staff are amazing. Many thanks from Shorts and his entourage.

This surgery absolutely saved me today - was travelling to france with my cat by car, which I’d only done once since brexit and had no clue about the new rules, and my usual vet failed to tell me I needed a new travel certificate every time I left the country. Called Hawkinge, they said one of their vets who was about to go home was happy to wait for us to do an emergency travel certificate. They sorted it so quickly, and also gave me information about needing to visit a vet in France within 5 days (which again, my vet failed to tell me), and were generally absolutely stellar. Such a lovely surgery, such incredibly kind people working there. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation easy to deal with! 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

I've used hawkinge vets since the beginning when it was just John , I've always been treated extremely well and more importantly my dogs have been treated to the highest standards possible , the staff are amazing friendly and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their roles , I have built a very good relationship with all that work thier and I would never go anywhere else . thank you for all your hard work in keeping my dogs well and treating each and everyone of then with so much kindness and care , always greatful .

Today i went in with my dog who had a bite from another dog on her eye lid. I saw a new vet who i hadnt seen before who was a bit of a specialist in eyes. She was brilliant and was really great in treating my dog. My dog is pretty nervous and she put her at ease and was really thorough and reassuring. The staff are always lovely here, the reception staff, nurses and vets. Having the care and compassion from the whole team is brilliant.
