Had no immediate appointments as non emergeny, advised me to call back next day which I did. Friendly staff gave me an option for appointment times within next 2 hours. My pet was seen promptly and thoroughly checked over by vet. We discussed his condition and medication prescribed. when I returned next day to collect some outstanding medication, I was asked how my pet was, by name! 😍 🤗

Everyone at Pennington and New Milton are fantastic. My Max was very poorly not that we knew at the time and his care was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Forest lodge have looked after Max since he was a puppy andi would never go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and Max is very comfortable when he is there
