I think these vets are excellent as well as the nurses being very knowledgeable. Although it was a family members cat that I took several times I wouldn't hesitate to take my own animals there. They are all obviously great animal lovers who treat their patents exceptionally well..

This morning I had an emergency with my mum's cat in Christchurch and I live in Bristol. I drove very early to be in Christchurch at 8.00am. Mum's normal vet were quite unhelpful. I had not been alerted to the problem until late yesterday afternoon so couldn't phone before I left. The reception team at Vets4Pets were outstanding and immediately helpful and very sympathetic to my situation and urgency. We were seen by Hattie and she was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and quickly sorted out the cat's discomfort. She was very reassuring and I have now transferred the cat to Vets4Pets
A very heartfelt and grateful thank you to the vet Guy and the team at Vets4Pets Christchurch who were there on the day we had to bring our beautiful boy in to say goodbye. They were so patient, caring and thoughtful and just made the whole experience as easy for us as possible. Humphrey was looked after really well when we needed to bring him in and they always fitted us in when they thought it was necessary. Our pets are like our children and it makes such a difference when we have added support from our vets. Thank you!!!
Such a brilliant vets, always so kind and friendly. I have used them since my 14 year old dog was a pup and am really impressed by the service, appointment availability, reasonable prices and such a lovely team. Special mention to Kyla on reception who was great with her recommendations of a monthly plan which saved me so much money compared to what I was going to pay! Great all round.
