I cannot recommend Medivet highly enough. The staff were the most friendly, kind, and compassionate people I could have hoped for during such a heartbreaking situation with my beloved cat. When I brought him in with a limp tail, they quickly identified the seriousness of his condition, diagnosing nerve damage and explaining how his bladder had become critically full, posing a life-threatening risk. They offered everything they could to help him, including hospitalising him and discussing every possible option with us. Their honesty, empathy, and professionalism were deeply comforting during such a difficult time. Sadly, we made the painful decision to euthanise him, as it was clear he was in pain, and we didn’t want to prolong his suffering. Our thoughts and prayers are with him, and we are forever grateful to Medivet for the care, respect, and support they showed throughout. They treated us and our cat with the utmost kindness and dignity, and we will always appreciate their efforts during such a tragic moment.

Amazing vets Louise, Catherine and the team are always caring and understanding, they always make us feel welcome and my boys love them. I would never go anywhere else been taking my pets there now for over 10 years and they are brilliant the whole team. Just wanted to add to this…we are currently going for a very stressful time with one of our fur babies with a suspected spine injury, Louise really is the most amazing vet and we don’t know what we would do without her. She’s caring very understanding explains everything clear and is so patient. Hands down the best Vet ever! Thank you again Louise and team for all you do for us it’s appreciated more than you will ever know

My cat Jojo had been very poorly in December and over Christmas. She had such care given to her at Medivet. I find the vets Louise & Catherine very caring and professional as well as the nurses who are all very helpful, kind and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
