We have been with Byre Vets for 4 years now and recently our dog had become lame in his leg he had a break in the previous year. Our vet Ivana has gone above and beyond to make sure our pup will receive the right care. He was referred back to the orthopedic clinic that operated on him previously and Ivana also took the time to call around for advice and quotes elsewhere as our insurance is at a maximum and she wanted to try and get the best cost and care for us. The reception team have been so friendly and professional passing on every message and arranging callbacks. We are very grateful to have such a kind and caring vets practice.

Well the idea of five stars hurts due to the fact I had to say goodbye to my bunny. However the team got me an appointment really quickly once I explain how unwell she was, the staff were friendly, once the decision was made they talked me through everything and then let me go without paying so I didn't have to wait around other people. They let me call them back after the weekend and get it all paid over the phone. Thank you all

We have been twice, once when we registered our 5yr old German Shepherd and again when he was due his vaccination. On both occasions we found the staff polite, warm and welcoming. We loved the fact the vets were comfortable around a large dog and we found them to be very thorough. Ample car parking space and the seating area is designed that anyone with a cat can sit around a corner away from people with dogs and out of view.

Very friendly staff and surgeons who looked after both our rabbits when they came in earlier this week for their operations. Sadly we lost one rabbit during the operation however the staff were absolutely amazing and were very sympathetic. Our other rabbit is doing great, and after a further op today is recovering nicely. We can't thank you guys enough for doing everything you could for our rabbits! P.s, Daisy said thank you for the sympathy card for the late Snowy. A really touching thing to do, thank you!
