Vets4Pets in Charlton are the best ever - and I've always had cats, so that's decades of experience. Open 7 days a week (you can guarantee your pet will need an urgent appointment at the weekend ...). Lots of staff, great receptionist. Good quiet space to sit while waiting. I have 2 new kittens - the vet could not have been kinder, gentler + was 100% professional.

I cannot recommend the team at Vet4Pets highly enough, especially after the critical care they provided to our cherished dog, Dumpling. Recently, while under the care of a dogsitter and during our time abroad, Dumpling was unfortunately hit by a car. This was an incredibly stressful time for us, but the professionalism and compassion displayed by Vet4Pets, particularly Dr. Sinnead, brought us immense relief and confidence. Dr. Sinnead was outstanding in her communication, clearly outlining the treatment options, associated costs, and alternatives given our insurance challenges. Her expertise and sincere approach made the decision process much easier during such a tumultuous time. We decided to proceed with the surgery under her skilled hands, and although it was a complex procedure, it was executed flawlessly. Dumpling is now recovering wonderfully, thanks to Dr. Sinnead's excellent surgical skills and the overall support from the Vet4Pets team. Their service was not just professional; it was genuinely caring and considerate at every step. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend them to any pet owner who seeks peace of mind and the best possible care for their pets.

The staff at Vets4Pets Charlton have always been amazing with my dog, Jareth. They all know him so well and I never have any doubt that they really do care about him. The care he’s received throughout his hip dysplasia diagnosis and beyond has been wonderful. They’ve been there for him - and me - every step of the way and I know I can always trust them to give him the best possible treatment - and with lots of love too.

The team at Charlton are fantastic. I have been taking my dog Diesel to them for a number of years now and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. They are always so professional and take time to explain everything. I know my dog is in safe hands. Highly recommend!

My very sick cat Mowgli was admitted yesterday morning ( I didn't have an appointment) they see him straight away he is still there with them and doing well . I just want to say thank you to everyone for looking after Mowgli . You were are so lovely and kind especially verity on reception who booked him in with no fuss and looked after me as I was very upset . And to the lovely vet. Who's name I didn't catch who was wonderful . An kept me updated through the day . And Also the nurse nurse who was looking after him she called and kept me updated too .all of you thank you so much
