Let me start by stating how difficult our dog can be; he doesn't much like people or other dogs (he's got a bad case of little man syndrome). The staff at The Dog Room were absolutely amazing and very reassuring from the start. I dropped him off muzzled and they made him feel happy and comfortable enough they could finish the groom without the muzzle. He was relaxed when I picked him up and he looked sparkling clean, smelt amazing and most importantly was rid of all the loose fur! It's lovely to be able to stroke him without having hair all over the sofa now. Will 100% come again (if they will have us!!) THANK YOU!

Just had my darling four and a half month old Jack Russell groomed for the first time here today. What a wonderful place. Natalie and her staff are delightful and could not have been more caring or more friendly. He is now so smart and even more than that has had such a lovely time…..Highly recommend 🤩
