We took our chihuahua Miguel here as he had been quite unwell. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were really quick to be seen and diagnosed, and our dog was kept in for 2 days on a drip. We were so worried about him but our vet Angelika was so good with him and we could tell he was being well looked after.
Best vet I’ve been too.

We went to here with our dog as she wasn't eating. We seen Angelica the vet who was wonderful with our little dog gave our dog a injection and medication. Could see our dog liked her. This isn't the first time here with our dog over the years would highly recommend this place for your dog so caring people here and they want the best for your pet.

I must say that our experience with Vets4Pets has been quite wonderful.

We took our boy Jarvis the cat there for three separate medical conditions over a short space of time and the care he received was first class.

He received the very best veterinary care and whole process was wonderful and heartwarming. I also want to thank the staff working reception. They are warm and friendly and it really helped us to cope at a fraught and terribly worrying time.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We brought our lovely 16 year old girl Poppy here after deliberating and dreading having to have her put to sleep. I spoke to James the vet who was really reassuring on the phone. Once we got there Pops perked up (as she loved the shop) James said it was up to us whether to go ahead. He said to take our time and that he'd wait absolutely as long as we needed. He gave us advice when we asked for it and told us reasons why it was likely she was in pain with arthritis etc. even though she didn't make any sounds or fuss. He gave Poppy the box of treats to help herself to and I decided that as she was actually happy and not in major distress- it was the kindest time for her. James was incredibly kind - He put the canula in her leg then let us take her round the shop for one last happy trip (off the lead and everything as she couldn't really run off) when she finally went to sleep she was still munching on treats and we were cuddling her and saying love and thanks to her. James left us for as long as we needed and then covered her in a lovely blanket. Following on from this - when I collected Pop's ashes and even later when I had to deal with insurance etc. all the staff (particularly Samantha) were so kind, thoughtful and efficient. Not to mention the handwritten card and packet of forget-me-not seeds. I hope I have remembered everyone's names right. I cannot rate our experience of this practice highly enough. Thank you xx
