All of my cats are registered at Manchester Cat Clinic and I recommend them to everyone I can! Moving Peanut’s care here as soon as they opened was the best thing I ever did for her as the last year of her life was as comfortable as I could have ever hoped for and she was cared for by Elle in a way that no other vet has ever done for her in the 17 years prior. Natasha and Lil B have also had fabulous care from the whole team. Being a cat only clinic is a great environment for my cats and the calm, spa like surroundings do wonders to ease any of my own anxiety, which can only help the cats too! All the staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, obviously all being madly in love with cats too. I also love knowing I am supporting a truly independent vets, even if it means the prices are a little higher. The extra costs aren’t significant and well worth it for the amazing care the staff provide. I’ve loved seeing how the clinic has grown in the last 18 months and wish them all the continued success and many more well deserved awards.

I have only attended three appointments here and I can confidently say I would recommend this veterinary practice it is a positive/necessary change to be in a cat only clinic as I feel confident that everything possible will be carried out effectively, to me this vet practice goes beyond basic care as it seems they really try and work with you to problem solve and ensure you are happy and informed throughout the process. Just to add for any neurodivergent cat owners- as an autistic person I have been happy with the direct/clear communication at every appointment (unknowingly this was just a given I didn’t even have to ask!). You can really tell it means more than a business as I have always been clearly informed about prices/payments (their prices are not extortionate either). All the staff i have met have been friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job which makes the appointments very reassuring. Altogether very positive although I’m not sure my Luna would say the same right now as she’s just been spayed so a little grumpy! I’m sure she loved the calming music and kind staff though:)

I moved to Manchester from America which was a huge move for me and my three cats and dog. Unfortunately new changes have led a couple of my older fur babies to have cystitis. I had a clinic in America I was very, very loyal to and very nervous about finding a new clinic. I am so happy I came here. They've solved both my cats' cystitis, we're straight forward about pricing (something I always appreciate as a customer) reassuring in their knowledge and informative even over the phone and genuinely kind. As a big plus, my cats absolutely love the vets here and love the clinic in general. I will add that when I panicked and called an emergency vet at night time (who I didn't end up going to) they promptly called to check in the next morning. Which they handled beautifully. One of my fur babies also loved the mini cat castles in the exam room which made her feel like it was more of a fun day out than a vet appointment. Receptionists are kind, warm and informative. Vets are too, and genuine cat lovers. I don't think I could rave enough or express my gratitude for helping so much. The clinic is very clean and welcoming too. I don't ever plan to take my cats anywhere else. I'm so grateful to this clinic and so are my kitties.

Very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Everyone is friendly, making Milo feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment (I even think he enjoys visiting). Communication is really good and I have always been able to get a same day appointment for unexpected issues Milo faces quite regularly. You will also receive updates (with photos) if your cat requires any surgeries etc Couldn't thank the team enough for all the help they've given Milo over the past year.

As soon I stepped through the front door, my puppy and I was welcomed with a big smile and Ozzy was made a fuss of. This helped him feel relaxed in a place which is usually a high stress environment for dogs. He has in for his 1st visit to get his vacations and microchip. The vet gave him a thorough check over and supplied him with treats along the way. Thank you for taking good care of Ozzy and I.

Only taken our puppy twice so far but cant complain at all. Both Vets have been friendly and given us lots of help regarding feeding, skin care & ear care. Highly recommend and good pet care plans offered 👍

Lovely vets very friendly and good with molly and dog. If you dog gets abit frightened an the vets would recommend here. Very good at putting my dog a ease, nice with the grandson too 🤣

We have been using Hunts from the day our dog arrived as a tiny puppy over 6 years ago. He loves going to see the vet and gets excellent care and a guaranteed warm welcome. I would not want to change.

We have been with Brook Vets for many years and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced service. I can't thank Jim Shaw enough for being there for our cat (Squidge). We've been taking our cats to Jim for about 15 years and every trip has been great. They take the time to talk to you about your pet and discuss options. Colin (cat) is very anxious and I think has tried to bite staff due to pain from a bite, but they are always very calm and patient with him. Colin is a very good judge of character. The only issue is accessibility as a wheelchair user, but staff come down to collect the cats from the car park for me.

Been using Brooks vets for 16yrs and always been very happy with them, the staff are lovely and Jim the vet is very professional. I recently had to have my beloved dog put to sleep after 17yrs Jim and his staff were amazing at a difficult time

I have great confidence in Jim Shaw who has been looking after the veterinary needs of our Tibetan Terrier, Betty for the past 4.5 years. I would highly recommend this practice.

Lovely cat clinic, out of the way and looks lovely inside, The vet was amazing and very thorough and it was Lime tree vets that helped to save my pets life when another vets gave an overdose of anesthetic. He had almost no chance of survival but they did apsalutly everything they possibly could and went above and beyond for him having him in intensive care for a week with someone watching him 24/7. Never once suggested putting him to sleep. What started off as a very poor prognosis ended up in him making a full recovery will no long term reprocussions. He is now a happy healthy 2 year old with a full life ahead of him. I will trust these vets indefinitely now.

Recently moved to the area and signed my 7 year old cat up to the pet health club at the Lime tree cat clinic. It’s a great plan that allows me to keep up with vaccinations and health checks. My cat doesn’t have much experience going to the vets but all I can say is during each visit the staff have been absolutely fantastic. The receptionist is kind and helpful, the veterinary nurses were also fabulous and thorough in the appointments. I would never take a pet cat to another clinic/vets now. I’m confident in the quality of care and service that they provide. Thank you all for being so wonderful in a place that can sometimes cause anxiety to pets and their owners! Overall I would highly recommend! 😊

Totally cat friendly, cat only clinic , super vets and staff , 5*veterinary care . I wouldnt take my cats anywhere else . I totally trust these vets to take care if my precious cats . Cannot fault them. Pet plan they offer is just right for my own cats . Regular check ups, longer appointments and stress free waiting room. If you have cats in North Staffordshire , this clinic is superb , and well worth travelling too for 5* feline veterinary care .

While I truly appreciate the care and attention provided by your team, I was a bit surprised by the consultation fee, especially given that the consultation concluded that no further treatment was necessary. Considering the circumstances, the fee seemed a bit high relative to the service provided. As a suggestion, it might be helpful for pet owners if, in cases where no additional treatment or follow-up is required, the consultation fee could be reduced or reconsidered. This could make pet care more accessible and encourage pet owners to seek preventive consultations more willingly. Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

We were incredibly worried about our boa due to him not eating and excessively salivating and we were recommended this vets by two separate vets and called and were able to get an extremely prompt appointment and we cannot praise the reptile vet enough for not only his calm/calming demeanour but also his knowledge and advice. Due to him and his not only looking after our snake whilst there but after care advice we still have our gorgeous boy. Thank you

Came to get my puppy's 2nd vaccine. I was seen by the head nurse Kayla who was amazing and answered all my questions. Cannot recommend enough

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

Despite the sad circumstances of bringing my cat to this veterinary clinic as an emergency, I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the staff. Although my cat was ultimately too ill to recover and had to be put down, the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and provided comfort during a difficult time. I am grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care.

It’s a very sad time, and stressful, when a much loved dog has to be put to sleep. Recently, this happened to us, and because I was stressed, I forgot to thank the gentle lady vet for her kindness. So thank you for helping us (dogs name : Lily, 11.09.24)

Following Covid measures means having to hand your dog over and wait outside. Luckily Muppet is fond of the staff at R,B&B so no problems. I had a phone call for an in-depth discussion with the vet which ended with a satisfactory treatment plan.

Very helpful when we (not local to the area) appeared early yesterday morning with a lost dog. They very quickly found the owner and we left Seb in their capable hands until his owner arrived. Lovely practice with lovely staff.

We took our chihuahua Miguel here as he had been quite unwell. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were really quick to be seen and diagnosed, and our dog was kept in for 2 days on a drip. We were so worried about him but our vet Angelika was so good with him and we could tell he was being well looked after. Best vet I’ve been too.

We went to here with our dog as she wasn't eating. We seen Angelica the vet who was wonderful with our little dog gave our dog a injection and medication. Could see our dog liked her. This isn't the first time here with our dog over the years would highly recommend this place for your dog so caring people here and they want the best for your pet.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We brought our lovely 16 year old girl Poppy here after deliberating and dreading having to have her put to sleep. I spoke to James the vet who was really reassuring on the phone. Once we got there Pops perked up (as she loved the shop) James said it was up to us whether to go ahead. He said to take our time and that he'd wait absolutely as long as we needed. He gave us advice when we asked for it and told us reasons why it was likely she was in pain with arthritis etc. even though she didn't make any sounds or fuss. He gave Poppy the box of treats to help herself to and I decided that as she was actually happy and not in major distress- it was the kindest time for her. James was incredibly kind - He put the canula in her leg then let us take her round the shop for one last happy trip (off the lead and everything as she couldn't really run off) when she finally went to sleep she was still munching on treats and we were cuddling her and saying love and thanks to her. James left us for as long as we needed and then covered her in a lovely blanket. Following on from this - when I collected Pop's ashes and even later when I had to deal with insurance etc. all the staff (particularly Samantha) were so kind, thoughtful and efficient. Not to mention the handwritten card and packet of forget-me-not seeds. I hope I have remembered everyone's names right. I cannot rate our experience of this practice highly enough. Thank you xx
