We took our poorly stewie down on 4th Jan sadly we lost him had he been younger he could have been saved. Premier vets could not have been more helpful professional and compassionate to our special boy. His passing was certainly easier to handle that day. I’m so annoyed…… that I didn’t register with MediVet sooner! First impressions have exceeded expectations. Super friendly, welcoming and considerate staff. My cat has been costing me a small fortune in hyperthyroidism management and Lisa, the vet, was so empathetic regarding the costs. I was advised to let the practice know if I was struggling and they would do what they could to help. I’ve never experienced a vets practice that cares about cost concerns. I was also charged considerably less than my previous vet for blood tests which was a lovely surprise. If only I’d changed practices earlier I would have been much happier with the service and saved hundreds of pounds. Well done MediVet and shout out to the veterinary nurse, Helen, for her fantastic people skills. Please keep up the good work! It’s very much appreciated.
