We want to say a huge thank you to Konrad and the PDSA team at Felling for everything they did to try and save our lovely Holly. Their support during the last week of Holly’s life has been much appreciated 🙏

The wait was a little long but only because they had an emergency come through the back door, all the staff are super kind. I also had to come in on a bank holiday for the emergency vets, even so the wait wasn’t that long and my dog badger wasn’t stressed at all. The consultation rooms were big enough for my Saint Bernard (75kg) to stretch out comfortably.

Visited the pet hospital today to sadly have my sisters dog put to sleep what was an awful decision have to say Morag and the team were amazing so support caring and helpful made such a awful decision so lovely by the care attention but dignity they showed to both me and my sister and Tyne our family pet for 14 years they were so caring and thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx the care and attention you gave Tyne was amazing xxx

I cannot speak highly enough of the vets and all staff here. Major lifeline for our pets and the staff are so lovely and caring, I always walk away wishing I was incredibly rich so I can pour money into this place because they've saved two of my pets lives now, and one had very little chance yet she's all good now five years on! Always great advice when your worried 😊
