Excellent service from start to finish. We were recommended Northwest Referrals from our vet, when our 4 mth old Hungarian Viszla Izzy was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia. A CT scan was arranged quickly. The diagnosis was worse than we thought and some of her liver and gall bladder had gone through the hernia and were pressing on her lungs and liver. Surgery was arranged the next day. Communication with the whole team was excellent and especially Dr Adam Kluczny the vet. He explained everything including the risks. The nursing team were excellent too, especially Lisa who rang me and sent regular messages. Adam did an excellent job and our beautiful pup was discharged a day and a half later and 2 weeks on continues to make a great recovery We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

My mothers cat sustained multiple fractures in his left hand back leg following, what we believe to be , contact with a vehicle. Tiger’s injuries were beyond the scope of our local vet and we we were put in touch with Northwest Referrals. With great skill and care , Adam Kluczny and his team performed intricate surgery on our beloved Tiger , and in a nutshell, saved him. To that end we will be forever grateful to Adam and his surgical expertise - it must be an amazingly intricate task to repair small animals in this way - but an immensely rewarding achievement.. Fast response to my vets referral. James was reassuring on the phone and put me at ease. My girl was seen very quickly. All the staff from reception staff, Rachel and Kimberly to Adam, the operating surgeon, were first class. My slightly spicy young Border Collie cross is very anxious at the vets, but Adam worked some kind of magic, and she surrendered to his examination. His confidence was reassuring and I felt Olive was in very safe hands. I received lots of calls to update me on my girls' progress. So relieved that they did all the admin for direct insurance claim with no admin fee. Just amazing service from minute one. The facilities are modern and welcoming. Highly recommend. THANK YOU!

From the initial consultation with Dim, I knew Lola would be in good hands at Northwest Referrals for her IVDD surgery. They handled what could have been a stressful situation with care and compassion, putting my mind at ease. The nurses kept me updated on Lola whilst she was staying there for 2 nights, sending texts every morning and evening. Dim did his magic, it’s one month after surgery and Lola is pain free and back to normal. I can’t thank the whole team enough for what they have done, they have saved Lola’s life. Dim clearly explained each step throughout her journey, and gave reassurance when I’ve felt overwhelmed and stressed - Dim not only cares for the pets, but for the owners also.
