Professional and caring, depending on the day sometimes the wait was short and other times you just need to be patient the vets are doing their best. Leave a donation because they absolutely deserve it.

Very helpful staff. Lovely vets. Nice and clean waiting areas. Excellent help for animals and owners in need of help and advice. Large car park. Good disabled access.

Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

Fantastic vets! Had my dog here more times than I can count in the last 18 months and every time we are treated to the highest standard of care. Whether an emergency or routine check up we've had the works, surgery, investigations, emergency treatment and each time there hasn't been a problem. The team always remember my dogs name and are genuinely concerned about both me and the dog. The admin team are more than helpful, always going above and beyond and the clinical team too, making sure every base is covered and I have all the advice and guidance needed. Such a great group of people working here! 💪

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

PetMedics have been amazing ever since our cat had been referred for her skin issues and allergies. The staff are so lovely and really do care. Pixie is now on allergy medication but is still under review for steroids but her skin and her quality of life has improved so much already and we have her lovely vet Silvana to thank for this.🩷 You are amazing thanks for all your hard work x

my cat passed away and was brought to pet medics by a member of the public, when i arrived to see if it was my cat all the staff were lovely, kind, and considerate. they took the time to make sure it was my cat, and talked me through different options i had with what i wanted to do next with him, at no point did i feel unsure about what i had to do, and every member of staff was really kind to him and looked after him as if he was one of their own cats. they gave me as much time as i needed with him in their farewell room and didn’t pressure me to leave and let me have as much time as possible. A few days later they sent me a condolence card with my cats paw prints inside which i appreciate so much. also saw members of staff interacting with other customers and answering any questions they had regarding their own pets, the place had a nice atmosphere and didn’t feel like some other vets do. thank you again to all the staff at pet medics.

Our gorgeous girl Pacha was horrendously attacked by another dog last Sunday and was at pet medics for 4 nights - which included a operation and 24 hour care , I cannot thank pet medics enough and I am so happy we went here as I had constant reassurance, the clinic was very clean, the staff loved her and everyone was so informative to all the questions I had. Special thankyou to Ruth & Ben the brilliant vets, Chloe on reception who I spoke to most of the time and always reassured me & Andrew most of all who made me feel so at ease and performed her surgery! I am so great full for you all, Jenna, Jack & baby Pacha 💗

My sausage dog has been here twice, once with a sprained paw & sadly being run over on Christmas Day night. When we arrived on Christmas Day night, we ran in with our dog & the vet seen him straight away. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer vet & the reception staff. The reception staff were amazing and made us feel so much better. One reception lady even got the first aid kit to help my brother with his cut hands after the accident. Thanks to Pet Medics my dog was fine and sent him home with medication which he is now better. Thank you for amazing service from the vet & lovely reception lady’s on Christmas Day Night 💕 it was the last thing we expected but they made us feel so much better. 🙏✨

We’ve been regular visitors with our dogs Bobby and Muimui to Companion Care at Regent Retail Park in the last 14 months. We’re grateful for the good quality services, love and care provided by this lovely Vet clinic. We’d like to thank both the vets and reception staff working here, who are always friendly, patient, helpful and professional. Honestly, they’ve never given us any bad feeling so far.

Very happy with the service my cats receive here! I've been visiting the clinic for five years and the staff are wonderful. Whenever my cats have been unwell I have always been able to get them the treatment they need quickly and I'm always informed of further tests/treatments that can be done if things don't improve. I get the impression that they care very much about the pets they treat and that they will try everything to get the best outcome. I feel reassured trusting them with my cats health as they have a great understanding of how to properly care for exotic/persian cats. Thank you so much for all of your hard work :)

I come here with my assistance dog Hugo. I feel like the team here can't do enough for me. I'm a 41yr old male military veteran (apparently we need to show this info for context). The staff I've met are beyond lovely and very approachable. I can't see how a nice person couldn't get nice responses from these wonderful people.

First visit since I registered my cats after using another vets for many years. Easy to book in, plenty of options for people that work Unlike my previous vets. All staff were welcoming & friendly. Love the fact they have a separate waiting area for customers with cats 😀 Vet was easy to communicate with, efficient & informative. Very happy I have moved here.

Today was our first time visiting Buchanans Urmston with our 12year old Husky, who suffers from arthritis. Gaby the vet was fantastic with Nyla, the consultation wasn’t rushed and Gaby explained all the options available for Nyla. You can tell they really care for the animals here. We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

Staff were lovely, vet was kind and helpful, price was reasonable; can't ask for more. Best of all my poor cat who had fleas is on the mend, only a few days after taking the pill and cleansing the flat. Can't be happier!

The vets here are caring and knowledgeable, they always treat my pets as if they are their own. The staff are so friendly and easy to interact with. I can't recommend them highly enough!
