Very easy to locate with large east to access parking. Disabled parking and wide isles. The store is very large open shop and very well stocked. Vet reception are very polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the most caring vets I've ever come across , clearly putting the animal care well before profits. Their determination and care saved my cats life, the appointments were not rushed , plenty of advise given. Just amazing staff .

I wanted to share the wonderful service I have received over the past few weeks from everyone I saw at this vets, particularly given that I was really torn as to where to go. My elderly cat developed a lump which we tried to treat without surgery but unfortunately it didn’t go away. I saw three different vets who all offered the same advice and understood my hesitations at putting her under a general anaesthetic and were patient and supportive of me wanting to avoid this if possible. After the surgery I was sent some photos of her to reassure me which I really appreciated and felt that the staff really went above and beyond to do that. I am truly grateful that we are on the mend. Thank you for all of the care we have received, from a very grateful fur baby owner.

We had the first appointment today with little Frosty. This place is amazing, everyone was very friendly, helpful and supportive. Maria from reception went extra mile to help with everything as the appointment was stressful not only for Frosty but for me as well. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The Boss ;) was experienced, great support and patient. Monika was amazing as well. Very supportive, helpful and polite. Love this place and I highly recommend it. We were happy 😊. Thank you for your help and support we really need more people like you all.
