I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

Couldn't be more caring, thanks to the vets Kate , Ruth , Pip and Mike who looked after our Mainecoon "Tattiana " and the nurses . Overall very professional and all though it wasn't the outcome we had hoped for I cannot fault the effort Trafford Veterinary Centre put in. Thanks to all involved. RIP " Tatty ".

I've been taking my pet here for 12 years. She's always well looked after Kate goes above and beyond each and every time. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. We recently moved 25 miles away and I still travel to see the vets here.

Our 3 year old dog Jarvis has been registered here since he was 8 weeks old. The kindest and most caring vets with a real passion for our animals welfare. We are lucky to have Trafford vets.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Perfect service at such a difficult time for us

Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Special thanks to Rodrigo, Paul, Tom, Simon, Serena, Jessica and the amazing ICU nurses and lovely receptionists! We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done for our girl.

Recently had my little one in for potential poisoning and with the reception helping me arrange emergency bookings from Simon giving me as much information and care to my cat as possible during my crisis I couldn't be happier I chose this place. My little one was indeed lucky and now home ok. Thanks to these for being so helpful during my crisis.

Brilliant vets, after going to my previous vets what felt like every few weeks, buchanans sorted my dog out with in a week, excellent service and super friendly staff

They were very helpful when I took my cat for her last visit. She wasn't a well cat and only six years old, but she had to be put to sleep as her back legs were not working as they should.

Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Simon and the team are so lovely. Matilda, mani, butchy have all been at this vets from day dot. My first boxer was also under Simon great vets ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely amazing service. When I called to explain how poorly our little Harry was the young lady fitted me in in-between appointments. Martin the Vet was superb, he explained in great detail what the situation was and was very real, his advice and treatment SAVED OUR HARRY’S LIFE, we will be forever grateful for your time, advice, treatment and understanding, you helped us make the right decision, i can’t thank you enough. Within an hour Harry was fighting fit, 24 hours later he is back to his normal self. Bonny even took time out the next day to call and make sure everything was ok, excellent service all round from start to finish. We have been with Mount Rd Vets for years and would highly recommend. I would like to thank all the people who helped my beautiful betsy get her wings its 3 moths since she passed over the rainbow and it still hurts but the ladies were absolutley brilliant with her and passed away with dignity also they were very very helpful with the after care so thanks ladies a credit to your job from andy and betsy xx

Called into the vets with my dog very worried I was welcomed with a smile. Didnt wait long and was brought through by the vet who straight away made me feel at ease and loose my fear. She handled my baby with care and treated her and fingers crossed it’s like a miracle has happened. Thank you so much highly recommend fantastic vets.

my cat passed away and was brought to pet medics by a member of the public, when i arrived to see if it was my cat all the staff were lovely, kind, and considerate. they took the time to make sure it was my cat, and talked me through different options i had with what i wanted to do next with him, at no point did i feel unsure about what i had to do, and every member of staff was really kind to him and looked after him as if he was one of their own cats. they gave me as much time as i needed with him in their farewell room and didn’t pressure me to leave and let me have as much time as possible. A few days later they sent me a condolence card with my cats paw prints inside which i appreciate so much. also saw members of staff interacting with other customers and answering any questions they had regarding their own pets, the place had a nice atmosphere and didn’t feel like some other vets do. thank you again to all the staff at pet medics.

Our gorgeous girl Pacha was horrendously attacked by another dog last Sunday and was at pet medics for 4 nights - which included a operation and 24 hour care , I cannot thank pet medics enough and I am so happy we went here as I had constant reassurance, the clinic was very clean, the staff loved her and everyone was so informative to all the questions I had. Special thankyou to Ruth & Ben the brilliant vets, Chloe on reception who I spoke to most of the time and always reassured me & Andrew most of all who made me feel so at ease and performed her surgery! My sausage dog has been here twice, once with a sprained paw & sadly being run over on Christmas Day night. When we arrived on Christmas Day night, we ran in with our dog & the vet seen him straight away. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer vet & the reception staff. The reception staff were amazing and made us feel so much better. One reception lady even got the first aid kit to help my brother with his cut hands after the accident. Thanks to Pet Medics my dog was fine and sent him home with medication which he is now better. Thank you for amazing service from the vet & lovely reception lady’s on Christmas Day Night 💕 it was the last thing we expected but they made us feel so much better. 🙏✨

PetMedics have been amazing ever since our cat had been referred for her skin issues and allergies. The staff are so lovely and really do care. Pixie is now on allergy medication but is still under review for steroids but her skin and her quality of life has improved so much already and we have her lovely vet Silvana to thank for this.🩷 You are amazing thanks for all your hard work x

Friendly and attentive staff. This has been our vets for a few years now and we've never had any problems. Not usually too long for appointments. Had to admit our cat recently for some dental work and the vet was great in explaining everything and putting us at ease. They allowed us to bring her in later to reduce the stress, sent us a picture after the operation.

We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

I am so pleased with every part of service and care from Yew Tree Vets. Having only ever been in and out for immunisations in the past, i have just endured frequent visits over the past 9 weeks receiving treatment for an ocular tear with my dog Louie. Me and louie received excellent care and advice. They were also lenient and supportive when i was worried about deterioration finding me a same day appointment and were very empathetic. The vets here are caring and knowledgeable, they always treat my pets as if they are their own. The staff are so friendly and easy to interact with. I can't recommend them highly enough!
