My first time using this practice was an emergency appointment for my very poorly Cat. They were able to fit us in quickly. The vet was kind and very respectful of my poor cat who sadly had to be put to sleep. The rest of the staff could not have been more compassionate and I was offered various options for cremation etc. I won't hesitate to use this practice again if my other Cat should ever need it.

Amazing staff, go above and beyond for your pet. Used them so many times and they’ve always been there when we needed them. They’ve really taken good care of our dog and show how much they truly care for animals on a daily basis.

The people at PetDoctors Fetcham are fantastic. I had an appointment for my hamster the next day when I called. The appointment was at 1230. The vet saw my hamster, walked me through possible next steps and then actually put him under, performed a procedure, brought him back round and talked me through the aftercare and everything. All this start to finish was no more than an hour. Incredible skill and service. And my hamster is happy as a clam now.
