Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, Matthew and all his team are true professionals that really care about their customers.We were kept fully informed throughout the project, what more can you ask for. Our property was left clean and tidy on completion, a window cleaner was even sent to clean all the PVC. I would highly recommend this company. My home buyers solicitor wanted an inspection of the roof. I tried 2 other roofers they promised they would come for 2 weeks and failed to turn up. My buyers were getting distressed at the lack of results my daughter noticed Purple Roofing and I rang. The service was professional, Mat came on The same day when I explained it was holding up the sale of my home. He came and said the roof was absolutely fine so just paid for the report which was produced for the solicitor the following morning. His mantra was if it’s not broken don’t fix it. Easy to deal with, the quality of work is excellent, and the price was fair. I chose Frank Ryan and Sons because they're a Which? Trusted Trader, and on complete reroofs they offer a 10 Year guarantee. Now the job is complete, I'm glad I chose them. The people. I dealt with Ben Ryan on site and Antonia Ryan when I contacted the office. Both listened to my questions and concerns before answering. Everyone I dealt with with at Frank Ryan and Sons was knowledgeable, skilled, businesslike and easy to get on with. The quote. I was given a quote, not an estimate. And the final bill was what they quoted. The work. I got a complete reroof, chimney pointed, lead work, and gutter. I'm delighted with the quality of the work done. The Price. I don't like parting with money. But I think what I got was definitely worth what I paid. When looking at the price I considered these things. Cost of materials plus scaffolding, skip, etc. VAT. Cost of the actual work. And because I got a complete reroof, I can't ignore the value of the 10 year guarantee I received. In my opinion, my new roof was good value for money. The end result. I've got exactly what I wanted, a roof that I'm confident will stand the test of time. The whole experience was as stress free as getting new roof can be. And although I hate parting with money, I'm glad I did this. A final note about trust. For me, dealing with a roofer is all about trust. Did a great job of replacing tiles around leaking velux windows. Even though this was a small job for them they were happy to quote and complete the job. It has rained every day since but no more leaking. I’m very pleased. No messing about, job done. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend this great team of guys.

Where to start , the team at Aire Valley are just lovely! I had a report for selling my house and the roof was flagged as an issue. 1 phone call and within a matter of days I had a couple of guys up there putting it all right and all very affordable. Ricky and his team fixed approximately 5 tiles, 2 which had dislodged and fallen off completely due to the recent heavy snow and put 3 new brackets on the gutter which had also broken. All this at a fair price and Ricky was very friendly and genuine. Highly recommend.

Recently had our roof re-tiled and insulation installed where it was missing. Chose these guys after they were the only people who dared be on our roof during a windy winter a couple of years ago to carry out an emergency repair after the neighbours stack punched a hole in our roof. The lads did a great job. Got it done in good time. No issues or leaks since. We had our tiles re-used where possible and I can't really fault anything. I would highly recommend.
