We recently purchased a house in Baildon, noticed there was a bit of a damp area in one of the rooms, wondered if it was from the roof. He responded quick to our messages. Asked Dylan to come and check our roof which we were happy to pay. Was available quite quick (others mentioned 8 week wait). He checked the roof and repaired/glued a tile that had moved for free, alongside giving us future recommendations. We will be using again in the future!

From my first conversation with Matt, I have been impressed by this company and it's focus on the customer. I had some leaks and damp in the top room of house. Matt came to view my roof and he gave me some great advice. I decided to have the roof replaced and Matt fitted me in just before Christmas 2022. His team worked so hard in bitter cold but they made sure the house was dry and comfortable throughout. My house is quite old, so I was expecting some problems but Matt and I discussed each one as they occurred and we resolved them. It's been nearly 8 months, with some really challenging weather and the roof is great, so I know it is quality work. Plus I have the security of the 10 year guarantee. Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, Matthew and all his team are true professionals that really care about their customers.We were kept fully informed throughout the project, what more can you ask for. Our property was left clean and tidy on completion, a window cleaner was even sent to clean all the PVC. I would highly recommend this company. Trusted Trader, and on complete reroofs they offer a 10 Year guarantee. Now the job is complete, I'm glad I chose them. The people. I dealt with Ben Ryan on site and Antonia Ryan when I contacted the office. Both listened to my questions and concerns before answering. Everyone I dealt with with at Frank Ryan and Sons was knowledgeable, skilled, businesslike and easy to get on with. The quote. I was given a quote, not an estimate. And the final bill was what they quoted. The work. I got a complete reroof, chimney pointed, lead work, and gutter. I'm delighted with the quality of the work done. The Price. I don't like parting with money. But I think what I got was definitely worth what I paid. When looking at the price I considered these things. Cost of materials plus scaffolding, skip, etc. VAT. Cost of the actual work. And because I got a complete reroof, I can't ignore the value of the 10 year guarantee I received. In my opinion, my new roof was good value for money. The end result. I've got exactly what I wanted, a roof that I'm confident will stand the test of time. The whole experience was as stress free as getting new roof can be. And although I hate parting with money, I'm glad I did this. A final note about trust. For me, dealing with a roofer is all about trust. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough , they did a fantastic work. The level of service was really good . Had a leak on my roof for 1 year spent thousands on other companies in Bradford . All took money did botch jobs like GRP on my roof or cement my roof . Stopping a temporary leak and when I tried calling them no answer excuses after excuses . That’s when I found frank ryan and sons . Called them gave me a quote fast and easy yes lead time was a bit long however when they did the job they did proper job . Was still leaking after the first job and second however their commitment to customer service is beyond my expectations they came over 7 times didn’t charge me a penny extra just to find the leak even spent 1 whole day . Now thanks to them my roof is finally repaired and no leaks whatsoever been over few months now with all these heavy rain , thank you to the team and Ben especially regards ,mohammed

We live in Bingley and asked Bingley Roofing to make some repairs to our 30 year old roof. They came to assess the job ( very promptly) and gave us a honest assessment of what needed to be done. They did not try to sell us a new roof that we didn't need (which one of their competitors did). My last roofer failed to grout or use any cement on a ridge tile repair so tiles came flying off. Andrew and his team did the job properly and sorted a couple extra tiles that were loose. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more

I contacted James regarding a faulty flat roof that another builder had done which was leaking. This caused me so much stress. James was really approachable and very knowledgeable and he pointed out the problems and explained how he would fix them. Each time i contacted him he replied and always made time to sort things out. Recently he did a full re-roof on my house and showed me pictures step by step of what he was doing and what issues he found. I would highly recommend James and his team. I was so impressed with them. They came at very short notice as I was having an issue with my roof which meant water was getting in. They came to my rescue! I was so impressed. They went over and above what I had called them out for and repaired everything to make sure my roof was water tight. They also rendered my chimney and replaced lead flashing and repaired a hole in my roof. They were so helpful as nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed them. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends too. Job well done and as a bonus they were very reasonable with price too.
