Was fully professional from start to finish. He was horrified that the previous extension had a 12 inch wide lead valley gutter all done in 1 long section - so original valley gutters had tears causing leaks and was barely wide enough to havecan underlap under the tiles. Now we have an 18 inch wide lead gutter down 2 valleys and has been done in sections as per Code 4 Lead Manual and using copper nails as per code. No fuss at all and job was done promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Scotts Roofing Ltd., not money grabbers and do an honest job. Would use them again and would recommend to all my family, friends and colleagues.

Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. Colin attended my property as part of a insurance claim after a storm damaged my roof, 3 days before Christmas. Colin went above and beyond to ensure we were water tight again before Christmas day and even came back twice to check for leaks and ensure the job was perfect! Colin sorted everything with the insurance company as well so I wasn't out of pocket or constantly on the phone. Can't thank Colin and the team enough for their help. Colin and his team do a fantastic job every time we use them. I run a heating and plumbing company and we use Colin to seal around the flue when it goes through a roof. Colin and his team have never let me down and in over one hundred jobs they have done for us we have never had a leak as a result of their work. In April 2025, we used CPW to replace our roof, and we could not be happier with what Colin and his team did for us. In just over a week, the roof was stripped and replaced, new insulation was installed in the loft, and they completed structural work on our chimney stack. Colin even helped us with getting the whole project certified through building control. Excellent repair work done by Stu on our flat roof and main roof. He photographed everything and when quoting Stu talked me through the problem and how to repair it with photos too which was so helpful to understand what was going on. He even popped back to replace a cracked tile at no extra charge.

Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. Dougie and his crew replaced three flat roofs and upgraded two stairwells by replacing existing felt with tiles on my shop in Redhill. They also did gutters and facias. They were all lovely lads, good fun to have around the place for five weeks. They did a fantastic job with no disruption to the business. He's even offered to come back a couple of times a year to check it over and clear the gutters. Dougie is passionate about his work and completes it to the highest standard. He and his team are incredibly good at what they do and I wouldn't hesitate to get 43 to work on any property of mine.
