I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. From the quoting process to the completion of the new roof Tony and the team have been fantastic and have shown real professionalism and great customer care towards my father. The job was 1st class, and the team on site was very respectful and ensured that they left the property clean and with no mess. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. It hasn't rained yet, but so far the experience has been perfect and much better than with other roofers I've dealt with in the past.

Our roof needed an immediate complete rebuild following damage sustained (5-bedroom semi detached property) Gary and his team were able to assess the roof, provide a quote and start work in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout. I felt that he assessed thr job properly, offering a solution without trying to go for the most expensive option. I had quotes from other companies who either seemed disinterested or who quoted for the most expensive solution without really looking at alternatives. MP Roofing came up with a plan that was reasonably priced but thorough. It's also reassuring that the work is guaranteed for 5 years. Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. Extremely pleased with Miri and team, from initial call, passing to survey damage to the roof, sending estimate and delivering the job. Job included repairing broken tiles on the roof, cleaning gutter around house and garage and clean up. Also fixed another part of the roof, cleaned up moss on roof over front door, cut up branch which caused the damage on roof.

October 2024 I contacted this company to fix the guttering on the back of the house because it was leaking after it was installed last year and was really getting me down. John and Steve checked the guttering and found it had been installed terribly. They also checked my roof and showed me the videos. It was in a really bad state due to wear and tear. I had a new roof installed by the team Steve, John, Paul and Patrick and the other workers. The team were ever so polite, made me feel at ease. I was instructed about every step that they were going to do. They did an amazing job. They also cleared all the debris leaving my yard just as they had found it. I would highly recommend them.
