Luke was polite and professional right from the start. He responded quickly to my call, arriving bright and early the following morning to assess the damage and give me a quote. He kept me informed throughout as to when the work would be carried out and the work was completed to a high standard with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to me. Luke is friendly and personable and provides a professional service. He is without doubt the most courteous tradesman I have ever dealt with. A pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I called Luke (of Jakeman Roofing Ltd) after a night of rain pouring down through the roof. He came immediately, and in no time was on the roof finding the cause. No fuss, no bother. Luke did the job straightaway and the price came in at 60% cheaper than the quote I'd accepted some months ago but given a date in December! for the job. The original contractor couldn't be bothered and caused me lots of damage. Luke did the job as it should have been done. Not many like Luke about. Can't praise him more.

I was so impressed with the service from this company from start to finish. Their experience and professionalism was evident. I received a thorough detailed quote from Hayden who kept me informed every step of the way. The roofers worked non stop, were friendly, and did an immaculate job showing me and explaining what had been done and providing photos. A brilliant roofing company - which is not often said! They return phone calls within a few minutes. They come on the same day. Estimates are sent promptly. In the two jobs they have completed they were able to come within two weeks. They gave me a date and kept that date. They completed the work and were so pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They keep to the price.

I called on Ethan at short notice after water started coming in through our roof. He answered my call on a Sunday, and completed the fix within a couple of days, making sure the roof was in working order prior to a period of bad weather. He was professional, responsive and honest about the problem and what did (and didn’t) need doing. I was very pleased with his work.

Ethan and his team carried out the replacement of a leaking flat roof. They arrived at the exact time they said they would and worked really hard all day. The finished job looks great. They tidied up all the discarded rubbish and cleared all stray bits. It was a first class job at an excellent price. I am more than pleased. The Company is a family business with Ethan and his brother, his dad, and his grandad, (plus one pal) all hard workers, obviously loads of experience and loads of energy. I give this company 6 stars out of a possible 5 !

Toni at Harrow Roofing Company was a pleasure to deal with. He promised to drop by and assess the problem. He stayed true to his word and turned up even though he knew it is going to be a relatively small job. He carried out amazing professional work at a great value. Him and his staff were polite and didn’t make me feel stupid and try to charge me an arm and a leg for a job that took less than 30 min like others in the area.
