Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. I would definitely recommend Golden Roofing Expert and would not hesitate to use them again in the future - well done guys!

Adam and his team were fantastic. They replaced two flat roofs for us that were cracked and leaking, and fixed any other issues they found like the rotten ply wood under, some broken tiles and guttering brackets. Adam is very honest and kind, it’s a pleasure to work with a trustworthy trade. He was able to schedule us quickly knowing we had an active leak. They provided videos at the start and end to show the works and left the site clean and tidy. I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. Not only did he secure great discounts on new windows and flashing for us, but he also identified rotten wooden battens underneath the tiles. He went above and beyond by replacing the damaged battens as well as some broken tiles, all at no additional cost to us. The work was completed swiftly and professionally. We sincerely thank Sam and his team for their outstanding service!

Kasem of Capital Roofing provided a professional good service. Kasem is competent and easy to communicate with. We had some leak issues from our roof.Kasem attended, identified issues, gave a quote and started work same day, completed well in 3 days. Kasim came out in the pouring rain on a very wet Sunday to help me with a leaky roof. He created a temporary fix which was a great relief. Kasim and his team returned to fix it properly and they were super efficient, courteous and tidied up! We had a range of quotes for the job and after seeking advice from a surveyor decided on K&M, it was a good choice!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Louie and the team at LH Roof Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to deal with. Louie and his team were incredibly respectful, always arriving on time and being mindful of both noise and our neighbors. What really impressed us was that they left the site spotless and the whole project took them 3 days (1 day to remove the old tiles and 2 days to lay the new tiles and clean up). Louie shared some drone photos with us and you can see that the roof looks immaculate from every angle! Nunhead Roofing quoted for a full roof replacement. Mark was very straight forward to deal with. Him and his team showed up as promised consistently and everything was done by the book - detailed quotes, insurance back guarantee, building control certificate etc. Always responsive when asked for updates/photos. Work completed to schedule despite the really poor condition of old roof structure. Work was done with no fuss, was able to leave them to it as access was via scaffolding out front. New roof looks great. Strongly recommend to anyone needing any roof work done.

I cannot recommend Nunhead Roofing more highly. A host of problems was gradually revealed on our roof and terrace on a new build property after water leakage. Fortunately for us the problems were mostly covered by our structural defects policy and Mark was extremely helpful in our negotiations with the insurers on what turned out to be a huge roof replacement project. The quality of his work is outstanding and he was easy and straightforward to deal with.

The contract was for replacement of a pitched roof covering a pair of large Victorian semi-detached houses. Scaffolding was arranged by Mark and included in the contract. Removal of slates revealed problems with the brickwork. Mark investigated the full extent of the problems, documenting with photos. Mindful of our need to cap costs he estimated for this work quickly. Within a week of the start of work we had agreed a revised contract including replacement of some rafters, repair of the partition wall and 6 chimney stacks and new gutters. This quick and thorough action gave us confidence and peace of mind that no further work would be needed. This proved to be correct. Before removal of the roof Mark taped protective covering around the scaffolding to minimise the mess caused as slates were removed. During the work we were in constant communication, ensuring that no problems arose. The original contract estimated 6 weeks for completion and even with the extra work completion was within 8 weeks. The finished roof looks great. We thoroughly recommend Nunhead roofing, both for the method of work and the result.

Turned out to be a major operation as tiles were so old, but now all good. Brad and Max who dealt with upper and lower roofs worked non-stop and are super nice and totally professional. Made contact with John, as there was issues with chimney causing leak into the house. He gave me very sound advice with options. After deciding what I wanted to do, appointment made and John attended with crew. Chimney removed and retiled. All work was completed within the time given. John initially responded to what was a problem with some ridge tiles. With regret the age of the roof meant that any attempt to lift tiles then resulted in more damage as these tiles were in the region of 85-90 years old. John then came up with a plan to replace the roof at very short notice, which we accepted. The crew he used were very good experienced roofers and the roof was replaced quickly and efficiently and after they had finished, they guys left a very neat and tidy site. Since the job was finished, I had a surveyor come round to check that all was well and the standard of work on the roof was described as "Well above average." CNEM carry liability insurance and I was sent copy of the certificate. Thanks to John for a good job.

Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.
