Roberts Roofing recently completed our exceptional loft conversion, providing us with a fully finished bedroom, en-suite and office space. The loft transformation has exceeded our expectations and we cannot sing Roberts Roofing praises highly enough! We were nervous when embarking on our first building work project but Ross consistently put us at ease. From the initial consultation, Ross and his team were professional, honest, conscientious, courteous and above all, genuinely nice guys. Ross’s communication and patience was excellent, replying to all of our questions and queries quickly, regardless of the time of day. He was proactive with suggestions and solutions throughout and ensured our project started and finished on time and remained in line with the price quoted. Ross always kept us in the loop with regular updates and a day to day plan and would liaise with us to ensure his schedule worked with ours. The whole Roberts Roofing team have been fantastic. As well as being polite, courteous and trustworthy, they always started on time, caused minimum disruption and ensured they cleaned up at the end of each day. Ross explained and advised on the best solution to resolve the leaks in my kitchen roof with the installation of Velux windows suitable for the slope and adjustments to the tiles around the windows. Roberts Roofing provided a professional and high-quality service for us. We had our very old, cast-iron, leaky loft roof window replaced with a velux window. We also had internal works to our loft space, including insulation, boarding and plastering. We had brilliant communication from Ross from start to finish, and the whole team were friendly, professional and thorough, completing the work quickly and to a great standard. Scaffolding was put up a few days before and promptly taken down the day after installation. We would definitely recommend Roberts Roofing if you are looking to get work done.
