Apologies for this very overdue review. On 5th/6th November '24 Jonathan and his team refelted 2 dormers, repointed verge and ridge tiles and rendered a chimney stack. Throughout the time they were with us we were kept fully informed of the progress made. This was backed up by photos and video. From initial contact with Jonathan I was impressed with his professionalism and had total confidence in him. I would definitely use Jonathan and his team in the future and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I've used James and team for a few jobs now in the last 18 months. The team does quality work and James is very responsive if anything needs follow-up attention so he won't leave you hanging like others can.

I called Luke (of Jakeman Roofing Ltd) after a night of rain pouring down through the roof. He came immediately, and in no time was on the roof finding the cause. No fuss, no bother. Luke did the job straightaway and the price came in at 60% cheaper than the quote I'd accepted some months ago but given a date in December! for the job. The original contractor couldn't be bothered and caused me lots of damage. Luke did the job as it should have been done. Not many like Luke about. Can't praise him more.

Luke is a true professional and a kind human being on top of it. He cleared the gutters of my property and was kind enough to listen to details, come quickly over to check and give me a quote and also quick to do the job after hiring him. Plus he helped me with a detail in my property that was a favor to me really and absolutely not part of his job. As I was not around he made sure to send me photos and a video of the job done. Luke was polite and professional right from the start. He responded quickly to my call, arriving bright and early the following morning to assess the damage and give me a quote. He kept me informed throughout as to when the work would be carried out and the work was completed to a high standard with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to me. Paul with Mark carried out repairs to our roof which involved replacing broken tiles and patching the felt lining. He also repointed a brick chimney which had been in a poor state. Paul's solution was to repair the roof rather than completely strip and re line it (which another trader had offered to do) which has saved us a considerable amount of money and will hopefully last many years. A 5 year guarantee for the work was provided. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Paul and Brad renewed my roof and finished the job last week. From.the beginning Paul explained what was happening and when , the only delays were weather related (this year has been terrible for rain) But when they started they worked methodically, section by section. The finishing is excellent, I compare to others as I drive to work and have yet to see similar workmanship. Clearly the fact that Paul and Brad have 80 years experience between them clearly shows. When choosing or reviewing please be aware there are more than one company with the same name..( discovered this when trying to leave a review on trust a trader) so make sure you ask for Paul.

Paul was great. I had several estimates all recommending lots of work. Paul was conservative with the work that was needed and gave me plenty of advice on how and when to look for issues with my roof myself going forward. He even held off doing some work in view of the weather (which I hadn’t checked and probably cost him a morning of work elsewhere). Honest, punctual, hardworking. So refreshing.

Paul was friendly and polite and super honest and with expectations. He explained how long he’s been in the business and I felt like I could trust him and he even took before and after pics and I’m glad I used Paul for the work and he will be coming back to do future work when we decide to do the whole roof. Will also be passing his details onto my friend. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Replaced the entire roof due to leak. Found the company via the NFRC website. From beginning to end, I have received great communication and customer service. I have been supported throughout the entire journey as having a roof done is not an easy decision. Gary and Harvinder have been great at ensuring the works started with the least amount of stress as possible and have been reassuring every step of the way. Very prompt and professional service from Dosanjh Roofing. A leaking flat roof section of my house was leaking quite badly. Their admin staff kept me in the loop, communicating via phone and email. An estimate was sorted out very quickly, and they were able to complete the repairs within a day. The roofers communicated with my tenants, telling them exactly what they were doing, and after they had finished , I couldn't believe the work had been completed because they had cleaned up the garden so well! I went with their recommendation to use fibreglass. The results are excellent ( please see photos). I would recommend without hesitation.
