He replaced our roof and our rendering, doing a very sharp job in the process. Further unexpected issues that arose during this large piece of work were costed very fairly and time was made to jump on them straight away. Needed a Ubink 47 vent stack installed on my roof so I could vent my air con through it. Job very done well and professionally which is to be expected. What I liked though was the their flexibility to do the job including squeezing under the rafters behind the loft purlin wall to secure the downpipe and also cut the vent pipe down to size for me. 100% reliable.
