We contacted Nayburs via Google at about 9.30pm on a Thursday night after we had water coming into a bedroom during a storm. Looking at the roof a tile had slipped leaving a gap. Got a reply almost immediately and Pat and team turned up the next day to have a look. We already knew the roof needed to be replaced in the near future but hoped to get away with a patch. Pat got me up the ladder and showed me just how bad it actually was and explained why it couldn't be patched in a manner they could guarantee. Lifting tiles showed rotten battens (crumbled to the touch), rotten, crumbling roof lining and loose ridge tiles. It was a 60 year old roof but looked unlikely to last the week let alone the coming winter. We bit the bullet and agreed on a new roof. I'd normally get a number of quotes for this type of thing but was quoted a fair price. Nayburs had the gap covered and secured, and scaffolding, skip and materials ordered the same afternoon. And started work the next day. All through the process Pat and the team were professional, tidy, on-time and sent videos of all the work they had done each day. Any question were answered immediately, day or night. We're very happy with the result and would heartily recommend Nayburs to anyone and, in fact, have already done so!

We had Nayburs come out to a bad roof leaked caused by the storm. Firstly they were very professional, and I'm impressed by the service they provided. Everything was dealt with efficiently. All works completed to a high standard and the total cost of the repair was less than I imagined considering the emergency response. I needed someone to repair my lead flashing on a flat roof and called Olseen because they were recommended by people on my local WhatsAp group. They were excellent. A pleasure to deal with. I reached out to The Roofing Company to have a flat roof leak investigated. Previously I had it reviewed by 3 other roofing companies and was given varying degrees of feedback ranging from quick fixes, to having the entire flat roof and pitched roof redone. Gary popped over with his team, assessed the roof and reported back to me with the issue with the correct course of action. The advice was that there was no issues with the pitched roof and that the flat roof was worn and need replacing. The team stripped the flat roof back to the OCB (where they confirmed that the OCB did not need replacing as it was in great shape. The team progressed with stripping the existing felt and fitting the new torch of felt. Absolutely great service from start to finish and Gary and his team have been fantastic to work with. They also replaced the felt on the exterior outhouse. Overall 10/10 and will be using again for any future roofing issues.

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. From the quoting process to the completion of the new roof Tony and the team have been fantastic and have shown real professionalism and great customer care towards my father. The job was 1st class, and the team on site was very respectful and ensured that they left the property clean and with no mess. Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. It hasn't rained yet, but so far the experience has been perfect and much better than with other roofers I've dealt with in the past.

For anyone seeking a roofer / builder - you have come to the right place! John and his team at JD roofing are exceptional. My mum's roof was dilapidated after years of disrepair and John and his team delivered. My mum also had significant water penetration coming through her external kitchen wall. This resulted in years of poor pointing which John discovered after careful investigation. This job proved far worse than the entire roof due to the mould which had spread following years of disrepair. But John and his team didn't shy away from what was a horrific job. They took it on the chin, worked tirelessly from early morning to night within a week to repoint, replaster and refit half of my mums kitchen units and flooring following the water damage. And they did it all in such good spirits keeping us informed throughout the process of ongoing works and price increases due to the signficant mould decay on some of her units. When refitting the kitchen, all necessary quality control was carried out on electrics and plumbing. My mum now has a kitchen which is immaculate and better than ever before of exceptional quality. A very happy client indeed! John surpassed our expectations. The quality and delivery was outstanding and his professionalism for me was a rare find among tradesmen. A true credit to his industry and I highly recommend. Thanks again to JD roofing. It was a hell of job but you all were outstanding and we wouldn't think twice to have you on board again :)
