New Street Grill

Lovely restaurant with very attentive service. We had an early evening dinner and the restaurant was super quiet but a nice table by the window listening to liquid jazz music still created a nice atmosphere. The cocktails were superb and our shared chateaubriand was cooked perfectly. For a larger meal, I would say it is worth ordering a couple of sides as the overall sizes of the steak, single side, bone marrow and sauces erred on the smaller side.

Had an amazing evening with a friend here. From the beginning to the end service was impeccable ( Alexandra was very welcoming and attentive) the atmosphere was wonderful & food was delicious. Couldn't fault a single thing. Definitely recommend for a great evening out.

Had a very nice meal here, unfortunately when we went early on a Saturday evening it was full of shouting, overly noisey hen parties, the staff were very nice and moved us to a quieter table away from the noisey prosecco filled females. Best to go during the week as you get the office staff from surrounding area and not so noisey. Staff very friendly and efficient, food was excellent. I would recommend eating here. And sorry to moan about the hens, but they were noisey.

Came here for my wife's birthday and had a splendid time. The service was amazing and the food was even better. Would definitely recommend for an occasion as the venue is vintage and beautifully decorated.

Duck & Waffle

Absolutely love this place, been here a few times at different hours of the day and the standards are pretty much the same at all times! Wonderful and friendly staff, fantastic cocktails made by the bar staff whilst waiting to be seated in the restaurant and even then the service continues at a wonderful level. Panoramic views across London whilst eating, what more can you ask for! My go to dish is of course the Duck and Waffle, it’s just brilliant especially with the maple syrup that also comes with it. Great starters too. Our waiter was wonderful, and made us laugh throughout the night whilst we were there. I love the fact that Duck & Waffle is open 24/7, which satisfies the odd craving. One thing I would say is that before it was a lot stricter on dress code, and it is nice to see that it seems a little more relaxed in terms of the whole “smart casual” attire, I just hope it doesn’t go to a too casual of a look. Regardless, it’s a great place and a must if you are around Liverpool Street, the food is great, view is great, drinks are great! You are guaranteed a good night out here! Looking forward to going again soon! I would highly HIGHLY recommend to try if you have not before.

The duck and waffles was a very unique dish as a visiting American who had only tried chicken with waffles. I’d definitely recommend you try it. I also tried The grilled octopus and flavor-wise it was good, but it’s definitely an acquired taste, I’d say. The octopus seasonings were a bit sour and the texture may throw some people off, it was a tad slimy on the outer skin but the inner meat was firm and I enjoyed it. Take a step outside of your comfort zone and try something new! The only con I’d comment on if I had to would just be that it did take a bit of time to get our check when we finished. But I understand they are a busy restaurant. I’d also recommend getting a reservation if you’re expecting a table. I personally didn’t mind sitting at the bar to eat though but larger groups would likely prefer a table so just fyi. But overall I’d absolutely recommend this place! It is a little hidden though if you’re walking to it but once you walk inside there’s a person there who will assist you. Just take the elevator to the top floor and enjoy the view and delicious food/drinks! We spent about £86 for 2 people to have a meal and a drink.

We went for a birthday celebration. The food was great, we ordered their popular duck& waffle, Grilled octopus, corn ribs, and Lobster rolls. Duck&waffle and grilled octopus tastes extremely delicious. Corn ribs are fine but Lobster rolls might not suit my taste buds. I can't taste much of a lobster in the Lobster roll, feel like it's mostly cucumber. The service was fine but I expected better. Sometimes we need to ask several times for water refilling. At last we ordered The all elvis which is their signature waffle which tastes okay but nothing extraordinary.

A really nice high end brunch we had, the elevator ride is a thing to experience on its own. I can imagine going in for a cocktail at night would be amazing given the view. Service was quick, the staff friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Loved all of it. Just know there's only two toilet stalls for the ladies. Still, great experience overall.

Food was delicious! It's very straightforward. We tried the duck and waffle, lobster roll, truffle fries, and the honey glazed pork belly. They are exactly how I expect them to taste. The server was amazing. She was very accommodating. My aunt told them that it was my birthday, so they surprised me with a cake. When my family wanted to do a do over of the serving of the cake because they weren't able to take a video, our server gladly did so. That was very nice and sweet of her. This is the type of restaurant I would want to spend special occasions at.

MOREISH Restaurant

Windsor Park, Bishopsgate Rd, Englefield Green, Fairmont TW20 0YL, UK | Restaurant

Rating: 4.3 (22) Price Level:

Lovely, friendly staff and delicious food with fantastic presentation. Had the Persian Partridge with walnut sauce, fell off the bone, best I've ever had. Also had sea trout with harissa mash, again very tasty, slightly salty for my palette but went very well with the sweet mocktail with edible flowers. We also had the Cesar salad and chicken kebab with fries, very tasty, would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go again. Also had breakfast here and that was very nice too.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Moreish at Fairmont Windsor for breakfast, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and elegant, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made for a perfect start to the day. I ordered a vegetable omelette, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and you could tell the ingredients were of the highest quality. The omelette was light yet filling, and each bite was packed with delicious, well-balanced flavors. I also indulged in a hot chocolate, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly comforting — a true treat on a chilly morning! The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything was just right. The service was prompt but unhurried, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Special thanks to Aavya, Anastasia and Mauritius for taking utmost care of me during my visit! Overall, Moreish exceeded my expectations. Whether you're staying at the Fairmont or just looking for an exceptional breakfast in Windsor, I highly recommend giving it a try. The combination of excellent food, beautiful surroundings, and top-notch service makes it a dining experience to remember.

Eataly London

The pastries are super cute but very pricey and quite dry as well especially because they’re left out for so long! The coffee was lovely and made fresh, the staff are lovely as well! The ambience in the restaurant cafe was also really wholesome which I liked given the buzz of Christmas as well

Food was good, especially the appetizers. Enjoyed the drinks and the main courses - not sure why an establishment this size would not be able to make GF pasta in its own water (cross contamination due to boiling GF pasta in water used with regular pasta - seems odd) - that would be only ding in would give them.

The food was decent but slightly overpriced. The truffle pasta could use more salt, though salt shakers and other condiments are available at the self-service counter. The panini was flavorful but a bit too greasy for my taste.

Eataly London is a must-visit for Italian food lovers. This time, I tried their espresso, which was rich and smooth, along with a freshly made bombolone – soft, fluffy, and filled with just the right amount of cream. I also enjoyed the gnocchi and fried calamari, both of which were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere is vibrant, and whether you're sitting down for a quick bite or shopping for Italian goods, the experience is always enjoyable. Highly recommend for authentic Italian flavors in London.

Me and my family went to the Pizza and Pasta restaurant in Eataly. There were 6 of us. The staff were really really nice and friendly. The food was amazing and came within reasonable time. The atmosphere was good, not too loud but the restaurant was full. Recommend to book in advance. Price was around £40 a head plus extra of alcoholic drinks. Would definitely go back again and try something different from the menu. I like how the menu is quite big but quite refined in options. I also like the idea of the shop in Eataly, you can buy some really amazing Italian products for decent prices. Would recommend for a nice date night, family meal or business lunch.
