Kumon has been so good for both me and my daughter. I have not been sitting with her to do a lot of homework from school. She has improved a lot in her practice especially Maths, with the help of Kumon. Her speed of work has also increased. Am so happy that she is at Kumon. Marie has been great at tutoring English to my son. She manages to change the pace to keep him interested throughout each session, which is a challenge when he's not engaged in learning, and this is over a zoom lesson too. The different games and apps used are good fun and keep the interest going. Marie has also been great at switching tools to use when we discovered my son's new Chromebook didn't do all the expected things with zoom anymore. I highly recommend Marie for your tutoring needs, no matter where you are located ☺️

My son has been tutored by Marie for a number of weeks now and she is fantastic. He even gets excited when he sees her coming down the drive! He has really benefited from his tuition sessions and is slowly starting to gain more confidence in himself. Great teacher and lovely lady.

Since my son (now in year 6) started tuition sessions with Marie six month ago, I have noticed a good improvement in his school work. He is now achieving much better on the subjects covered (Maths abd English). His last year end report showed a good deal of improvement. My son enjoys the tuition sessions as Marie engages him very well and keeps the sessions interactive. Marie is an excellent communicator, always providing me with necessary updates and changes. I’m not a native English speaker so I wasn’t confident to speak with people around me. I was worried about this. However, Marie is doing great things to help me improve my English speaking, reading and writing skills. She is a fantastic and very talented tutor. I definitely enjoy my online lessons twice a week with a friendly and supportive teacher who gives me useful advice and tips for dealing with specific English expressions. It’s funny, but I’ve never had a lot of them in my vocabulary. She always knows how to explain whatever I need for better understanding. I’m absolutely relaxed and comfortable during my lessons. I very much appreciate that I have helpful classes with such a lovely person as Marie.

I highly recommend Wessex Tutors & Exam Center, and the Geography tutor Mrs. Gardiner and Maths Tutor Mr. Barber. The head of College Mrs. White and later Chris, are highly professional and very helpful in providing recommendations and suggestions in overall A level exams and preparations. The tutors ( Mrs. Gardiner and Mr. Barber) they matched with my son are of high quality, very patient and good at the subject. Mrs. Gardiner is such a nice, thoughtful and friendly tutor, which made the tuition a very enjoyable experience for my son. Kumon has really helped my son to achieve his learning skill. He was behind at school, but all the progress he made was only with the Eastleigh Kumon Centre. The instructor Reena is very passionate about teaching and approachable. We highly recommend Eastleigh Kumon centre.

My son has been studying Kumon for 4 years, since he was 5 years old. It has taken effort from the whole family to encourage him to complete his workbook everyday but it has been totally worth it. He excels in Maths at school and he loves that. I think that having a study routine from a young age has really helped him with his school homework too as he happily gets on with it, no discussion... so far!
