My daughter started group tutoring in preparation for entrance exams with Carrie Burke Tutor Work and whilst the group setting didn’t work for her, Carrie was so supportive in finding the right tutor for her. We also benefitted from her mock exams, which really did build our daughter’s confidence and knowledge. Having struggled with tricky maths topics I decided it was time to get some private tuition. I wanted to pass my gcse maths so desperately - so I could go on to do my pgce. Therefore, I set out looking for the best tutor possible. I didn't have to search very far as I already followed Mr Mahmud on instagram. Thankfully, he agreed to tutor me! My worst fear was Algebra, but he helped me overcome this with his phenomenal teaching. I sat the gcse maths exam in November 2020 and received my results on 14th January 2021 - I passed! In a short span of time he was able to help prepare me for my exam. Honestly, I can not recommend him enough! He is simply amazing, and goes out of his way to ensure he leaves no stone unturned when it comes to your learning - you won't regret it.

When I was in a private fee paying high school, I felt like I wasn’t being taught well—there wasn’t much guidance or proper support from the teachers.
