My daughter was at an American school and in 10 short sessions Victor helped her with the GCSE curriculum and she went on to successfully achieve the grade she was hoping for in Englush GCSE. I just wanted to give a huge thank you to this centre for helping me with my A-levels this year. Victor gave me a chance when many other tutors wouldn't with such a small time frame. The communication from the tutors throughout was brilliant and it was especially support that they were able to provide. Kumon is a great tool to improve your kid's maths and English skills. It teaches what I believe kids are missing today: focus, persistence, resilience, hard work. Small improvements every week make a huge impact at the end. This place is very welcoming and supporting. My kid improved enormously and is top in maths in his class, way ahead. Highly recommended.

I thought I would share my thoughts on Kumon. We joined Kumon because we believe in making small incremental steps in learning over time rather than waiting to econcounter difficulty in a subject before seeking help. This means our daughter now sees learning as a continual habit that is part of her day to day life and looks forward to completing her daily worksheets and playing right after. As we approach the summer holidays and a much needed break, we aim to create time for her to continue her learning so that when school starts in September, going back to class doesn't become her shock for her.

We approached Chenali primarily to help our daughter improve her study skills for GCSE’s, which were not always effective as she has dyslexia and slow processing, and also to fill any gaps with maths and science. Although she is conscientious, effective study had always been an uphill struggle for her. Chenali was able to suggest and advise on alternative methods that would work for her. Chenali provided invaluable support to our daughter, and her input enabled our daughter to maximise her potential. I have recommended Chenali to others and would not hesitate to recommend her again. In addition to being an excellent tutor she clearly cares about her students’ welfare.

Chenali started tutoring my daughter in science as she was struggling to get to grips with it, in part having missed lessons for sport. She has made such a difference not just to her grades but to her approach to it. She skips off every week to see Chenali and comes back buzzing. She was even more buzzing when she saw her grades keep going up and up. She has learnt the best ways for her personally to learn and Chenali has made her realise it can be fun. I've been attending top tutors since late January. I'm currently getting 1 to 1 maths support with a tutor to help me with upcoming exams. I think the tutors are very skilled and have a good knowledge of how to help you with areas you are struggling with. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with their maths or even English. It's well worth the extra money for having the 1 to 1. I think all parents should go ahead and book an appointment to give their children a chance to get to where they want to go in life, this is going to help them.

I believe my son benefited from tutoring at Top Tutors in Roman road, in a very short period of time they managed to identify and fill the gaps in his knowledge which helped my son with passing the 11+ exam. I believe the tutors here are attentive and insightful, they prepare tasks based on each student’s individual level, they spare sufficient time to each student. My son feels engaged and challenged and the atmosphere is friendly.

I’ve been coming to this tuition place for over a year and it’s one of the best - all the teachers really support you with topics you struggle with and encourage you to achieve higher - I was mainly getting grade 6-7s in science and maths but this results day ended up with 8-9s and a huge part of that is because of toptutors- can’t recommend them enough :)

Victor is an excellent tutor who has helped both my daughters regain their confidence to achieve their full potential in A level Maths and Chemistry. Victor tutored our son for A Level Maths and Chemistry during Year 13. Victor is extremely professional and a a fantastic teacher . Our son was so positive about his lessons and has just gained a place at his first choice Uni with an A* in Maths and an A in Chemistry. I found Grove Tutors to be extremely helpful from first contacting them via the website through to the Tutoring. I contacted Grove Tutors in respect to GSCE Tutoring (various subjects) for a friends daughter. I received an email within 24hours of completing the online form asking the best time to call to discuss my needs. The call was very thorough and Nick spent time going through everything with me from the subjects requiring the tutoring, the areas needing help, grades trying to achieve, personality traits to match the best tutor to the student and also tried to gain an understanding of the student in general. I understood clearly from this call how the tutoring worked, the fee's involved and what Grove felt would be best suited, and felt reassured in having contacted them. The Tutoring helped the student with grades but also with much needed confidence. The Tutors who visited were well matched and not only helped achieve the grades required but were also encouraging and engaging in general which has been the much needed confidence boost we couldn't offer ourselves. We now have a much happier more self-assured Student looking forward to College!
