My daughter started seeing Damion in December after her mock result was a 2-. She’s just got her gcse results and achieved a 4! Damion is very patient especially when my daughter lacked confidence in maths, she said he explained things in a way she understood. Damion arrives very promptly with all the equipment they need in individual boxes numbered for each student. Damion regularly printed off past exam papers as ‘homework’ and went through her red/amber/greens with her to make sure she stayed on track. Really recommend Sum Maths!

What a wonderful tutor! Full of enthusiasm and energy. He is a natural and passionate teacher explaining complex mathematical formula in a simple language that was set just right for my child. He was incredibly knowledgeable and up to date with the curriculum and content of different exam boards. He would always give 100% in each and every session. Leaving homework and tailoring each session to the students requirements. We had sessions once a fortnight to facilitate our budget which Damian was more than happy to accommodate. Nothing was ever too much trouble. An incredible tutor who I would always feel comfortable with in our home!

Jane has tutored 2 of my children for the 11+ grammar school exams and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Both of my children lacked confidence in their ability and Jane made the lessons fun and something they both looked forward to. When it came to the exams both children were excited to be able to show what they could achieve - she taught them how to cope with the pressure, exam techniques as well as helping to strengthen their ability in math and english - both sailed through the 11+ and have continued to do well after such a fantastic grounding. I cannot thank Mike enough. My daughter has been working with Mike for the past year in A-level physics. In year 12, physics was her weakest subject and teachers were struggling to predict her an A. Mike helped her to regain her love and confidence in this subject and regular sessions with Mike helped her to tackle the more complex problems in past papers which helped her with her confidence. She had her results yesterday and achieved an amazing A* and secured a place in her first choice Russell group university to study engineering. We signed up for Andy's Level up skool platform 6 weeks ago and it is honestly the best thing I have done to support my daughter's GCSE revision. With live and recorded webinars in a range of subjects, including the core GCSE's, there is access to revision support whenever you need it. I have watched the platform grow in just this short space of time and Andy is always asking for feedback for what would the kids need next. The community pages also provide support and encouragement to the kids and parents on a daily basis. All I can say is thank you!

Signed up for my daughter. It’s a great revision platform. Live tutoring on various subjects but if she’s busy at the time, they are recorded so she can watch when it’s convenient. Also if she has an area she’s struggling on, Andy is wonderful at posting extra content to include this.

Our daughter loves her lessons with Gemma and we have certainly noticed her progression.

Gemma has been working with our 10YO ahead of her 11 plus. Our daughter struggles with holding her attention on tasks and is a little dyspraxic. This detracts from her innate intelligence when learning in a traditional sense. Gemma has devised innovative, interesting and often novel ways to engage her in learning the more difficult subject areas, and irrespective of outcome at the 11+ I'm confident that we chose the best way to maximize her potential.
