As a secondary teacher, I can wholeheartedly recommend Lee. His statistical approach is very reassuring to parents, and he knows his stuff! He also has a pragmatic approach to teaching 10 year old boys, and knows that a lollipop can go a long way towards motivating them. My son enjoyed his tuition, despite not being a school- lover. We also saw an improvement in his school performance which I have no doubt is owing to the tuition over the year.

Lee was recommended to us via a friend and what a recommendation! Her abilities and confidence grew throughout the year, the support and belief showed by Lee helped immensely. Great advice on exam techniques, what to expect on the day and a big plus was the children being able to attend mock exams in a very similar set up to what they experience on the day with individually focussed feedback. Signed up for my daughter. It’s a great revision platform. Live tutoring on various subjects but if she’s busy at the time, they are recorded so she can watch when it’s convenient. Also if she has an area she’s struggling on, Andy is wonderful at posting extra content to include this.

We signed up for Andy's Level up skool platform 6 weeks ago and it is honestly the best thing I have done to support my daughter's GCSE revision. With live and recorded webinars in a range of subjects, including the core GCSE's, there is access to revision support whenever you need it. I have watched the platform grow in just this short space of time and Andy is always asking for feedback for what would the kids need next. Highly recommended, Marta has been tutoring my son who has just passed his GCSEs and would not have achieved the results he did in science without marta! We are very happy with the tuition our daughter got from Richard last year. His lessons are tailored to every child's need; increasing in difficulty as the child progresses. Richard will spend extra time with a particular child if he/she needs extra help. Towards the end, the homework our daughter would get from Richard got harder, therefore our daughter found grammar school test not as hard and passed it easily. When our other daughter and son are old enough, we would happily send them to Richard for extra tuition. Linda and Alfred.

I cannot thank Jane enough for all the help with maths she has given my daughter over quite a few years now . Jane is the only person who has the ability to make maths understandable, particularly for those children who struggle to make any sense of it . My youngest daughter has also started to see Jane for 11+ , already it has helped her with school work. I would not hesitate to recommend Jane .

Jane has tutored 2 of my children for the 11+ grammar school exams and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Both of my children lacked confidence in their ability and Jane made the lessons fun and something they both looked forward to. When it came to the exams both children were excited to be able to show what they could achieve - she taught them how to cope with the pressure, exam techniques as well as helping to strengthen their ability in math and english - both sailed through the 11+ and have continued to do well after such a fantastic grounding. I have already signed Jane up to help my youngest child when the time arrives. Jane is honest, incredibly diligent and genuinely cares deeply for the children she works with.

I can’t recommend Matt more highly. We signed up for maths tutoring with Matt fairly late in the year, with only about 6 weeks until the exams were to begin; mainly because our son was really struggling with confidence about his maths. The pressure to pass was making revision seem totally overwhelming. Matt was such a fantastic tutor. Not only did he help to make sense of the areas of maths which were a struggle, but he also subtly coached our son to have a positive mindset. Having been hugely reluctant to begin his tutoring, he very quickly looked forward to the sessions and came away like a different person - much less stressed, and confident to tackle his exams. We are hugely grateful for the support!
