I use his firm to service my property lettings in Peterborough area. Each year it only needs an email with tenants details, appointment is made between them, he emails back a certificate and bill, I pay with BACS - All as it should be!!

I asked Josh Wilson to come and install taps, shower, toilet and move a radiator from one side of the room to the other. Josh did this over two days, arrived on time and the work was immaculate. He walked me through everything he was going to do and asked where exactly i wanted everything to be fitted, the materials he used was good quality and the finish was even better. Wonderful man and very considerate. After a rude and disrespectful interaction with someone that worked for him who almost put our cats in danger he called personally, very apologetic and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied and promised the issue would not happen again.
