I can't speak highly enough of James, the owner of this business, he is 100% reliable, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for him when he is carrying out work for us. He is very transparent and reasonably priced too with his quotes and in short I wouldn't even consider using another plumber! James really comes thoroughly recommended if you are looking for a brilliant plumber/heating engineer.

Grant replaced my kitchen taps that was leaking and fixed a toilet that was not flushing. Even gave advise on another issue we had. The work was carried quickly and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Grant for any plumbing work and will definitely use him again in the future.

After months of searching for a reliable plumber, we found JD Betts Plumbing. Jody turned up when he said he would and listened to what we wanted to do in our ensuite bathroom. He gave us a start date and arrived promptly on that day. Rick worked tirelessly in gutting our bathroom. We had new pipework fitted to incorporate our new shower and for the moving of our toilet and sink. They removed all the wall & floor tiles and prepped the room for plastering. We had new floor and wall tiles put in along with panelling. Jody & Rick then put everything back. We truly have an amazing bathroom which we love. We really can’t recommend Jody, Rick & the team enough. They are thoroughly professional, tidy, kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any kind of plumbing work that we needed doing. What an amazing team.

Jody and his team recently fitted a downstairs wet room. From start to finish the service has been amazing. The organisation of his team has been great plumbers, electrician, plasterer and tiler, they have all worked to a high standard and all super friendly. Adding in last minute little jobs like adding an outside tap was no problem. We are now have Jody and his team fitting 2 more bathrooms, would highly recommend

Jody, Ric and team did a fantastic job of our bathroom. We had loads of choice - suite, cabinets tiles etc and they completed to a really high standard and quickly. Really organised in the way they work - we knew who was coming each day and what for (plaster tiler etc) and we weren’t waiting days between different tradespeople which we’ve experienced in the past. Minimum disruption and cleared up every evening - tbh don’t think our landing has ever looked cleaner!! Friendly reliable team who turn up exactly when they say. Highly recommend.

Steve, did a fantastic job from our boiler service to sorting out the gas board, fixing the problem with our piping as we had no pressure when hot water was turned on, installing our new hob as the old one was leaking, all done in good time, excellent workmanship very professional and polite, would highly recommend and will definitely be using Steve again

My experience with Steve and his work was second to none, I can be a bit picky and hard to please but there was nothing that concerned me at all, and we were very happy with his workmanship, we truly chose the best of the best for our boiler replacement and happy for him to come back and continue to look after our boiler, in fact in the near future we will ask him to come back and carry out more work in our home, as we would feel very comfortable and confident the job will get done to a high standard. Steve did a fantastic job replacing our old gas boiler and cylinder tank with a Worcester Bosch system boiler and new hot water tank also completely flushing out the years of sludge in the radiators, I carnt believe how efficient it is now! If you want a plumber to turn up when they say they Will and give you an excellent all round service I highly recommend peace of mind plumbing.

What a super star! We called Nick in an emergency a few days before Christmas after being let down by another plumber. I was a little apprehensive as I usually like to have recommendations for trades before hiring them. However, he came out to us quickly, worked late into the evening and came back the following day, which was a Saturday, to finish the job. The quality of work was excellent, as was the price. We would not hesitate to recommend LG Plumbing and Maintenance and will use them again for future plumbing work.

We originally called Nick for an emergency leak and what a godsend they have been. M&E came to fix my timer for the hot water and work out why my boiler kept needing to reset. Kevin was professional, explained things clearly and the work that would need to be carried out at a reasonable cost. He goes above and beyond the job in hand and when he leaves you feel confident in his work. Communication is excellent and you are informed from start to finish. This feedback actually covers al three projects. The main undertaking was the Planning and Installation of an Electric Heating System upgrade throughout the house plus two other, smaller plumbing and electrical installations and repairs. Kev listened to my expectations and had excellent suggestions on how to achieve them. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure that his customers are happy with the plans. The estimates were very clear and prompt - no waiting forever to hear back. Kev operates a very fair system where all work is scheduled fairly - no queue jumping - each is valued equally, regardless of the monetary value. When M&E say they will be there, they are. Peter provided his first class plumbing skills to prepare everything and also completed a number of additional jobs including: shower, toilet and tap replacements and the installation of two new timers, as well as efficiently problem solving and repairing an issue with the hot water systems. Nothing was too much trouble. Ben completed the electrical installation superbly - new electric radiators throughout with all the accompanying electrical requirements were his responsibility. The attention to detail was fantastic and his excellent communication skills ensured I was consulted on every step. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Louise runs a very efficient and friendly office support - a lovely, helpful and reliable lady to speak too. Overall, every part of this week long installation was executed with skill, professionalism and pride in their work. Kev, Peter and Ben would be very welcome back in the future to undertake any additional work I may need. M&E deliver. Their communication systems are the best I have encountered - you know exactly who is coming and when they will be there. They are very punctual and work hard. I particularly like their automated systems for communications,, appointments, quotes and invoicing. The whole team are also happy to be flexible to work around their customers when required. Oh, and they are very tidy too! If you want the job done properly, with skilled people, then M&E are highly recommended. I found them through previous customer recommendations. Skilled workmanship is worth paying for and they also provide a clearly set out after care service although I doubt very much that it is often needed. I genuinely won’t be using anyone else going forward. Thank you for doing such an excellent job.

Fantastic service from start to finish, prompt, quick to look at the job, super fast quote and acceptance service via click of a button, job completed far quicker than I expected, clean and tidy throughout, no mess left, put everything back (hidden toilet flush system) - very friendly and polite engineer. Mr Breathwick and his team succeeded where several others had failed! They were recommended to us as being very thorough and so it proved. We have a 20 year old microbore pipe system and in recent years radiators have gradually fallen off grid to the point where very few were working effectively. We had had several plumbers including British Gas - with whom we have a contract - and we’d had a variety of solutions - none of which had worked. The job was made harder by the fact that it’s an old house with no modern insulation voids in the walls - so all the radiator connections were difficult to get at. It took several days to sort out and involved removing floorboards, skirting boards and knocking holes in walls. There were blockages in the system at virtually every radiator. It is now working properly again and I would absolutely recommend them. The three guys seemed to work really well together - each throwing in ideas as to what to try next.
