Very pleased with the service we receive from Peace of mind plumbing and heating. Our boiler was installed by them 5 years ago and is working well. Our annual service is undertaken promptly and efficiently. Stephen is courteous and always cleans up before leaving. The cost is competitive as well, we are very happy to continue using this company.

Steve, did a fantastic job from our boiler service to sorting out the gas board, fixing the problem with our piping as we had no pressure when hot water was turned on, installing our new hob as the old one was leaking, all done in good time, excellent workmanship very professional and polite, would highly recommend and will definitely be using Steve again

My experience with Steve and his work was second to none, I can be a bit picky and hard to please but there was nothing that concerned me at all, and we were very happy with his workmanship, we truly chose the best of the best for our boiler replacement and happy for him to come back and continue to look after our boiler, in fact in the near future we will ask him to come back and carry out more work in our home, as we would feel very comfortable and confident the job will get done to a high standard. Daniel completed the servicing of our gas fire today. The customer experience with him was excellent. He responded to our initial enquiry in a timely manner and his communication was totally clear on the price and service he would deliver. Daniel arrived at the agreed time and the gas fire service was carried out in a friendly and professional manner, during which he demonstrated excellent focus, knowledge and attention to detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel's business to others, and we will be asking him to service all of our gas appliances next year along with any other plumbing needs we may have.

Daniel fitted a gas hob for us [replacing an electric hob]. Also wired in and set up Hive heating and replaced our awkwardly located, leaking stop tap! Very tidy work, very reasonably priced and upfront/honest about costs. Dan removed our cylinder which was located in our upstairs airing cupboard and removed our very old boiler from the kitchen. The new boiler was then relocated from our kitchen and into said airing cupboard. New flue up through our loft and and out the roof. All radiators were filtered and sludge removed and he was also able to fit thermostats to a couple of them for us too. He even fixed our hall radiator which hadn't worked for shall we say 'a very long time'. This for me personally was a massive undertaking and to say I was anxious was an understatement. That said from quote to fitting, Dan explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions and was so confident and reassuring I knew he'd do a good job. He was brilliant. Very thorough, tidy and clearly loves what he does. Always on time and doesn't leave at any set time, the jobs for the day are what dictated his hours. For us it was a 4 day job and I must say 3 weeks later our heating system is brilliant. The rad in the hallway is 'Scorchio' now, as are all the rads. I am so happy and the week after we really missed him not being here. He's a joy to have around and quite simply for us, a job well done. We are so happy. We now know we have a reputable plumber for life. Cheers Dan and see you next year for our annual service! 😀

We spent a couple of months looking for a company to replace our faulty heating boiler and boiler mate. Messaged Daniel at Heatcare and when he came round I realised he had done some work for us a few years ago on our biller mate. The decision was made as I knew he would do a great job! The job was not without its issues but none of it fazed Daniel. He was with us every day when he said he would be. Explained everything in detail for us and even ended up taking in parcels and running after the dog when she escaped! If you are looking for a heating engineer don’t hesitate as he will advise you of the best way to proceed and leave you feeling very grateful you chose him. Our heating is now fantastic best money we have spent in ages.

James is a consumate professional who i cannot reccomend enough. He has been communicative, hard working, dilligent and thoughtful. He came to assess the works needed so he knew what parts he would need, happily provided me with an incredibly reasonable estimate, undertook the works promptly and has produced neat, tidy and technically proficent work. A true craftsman, i would happily reccomend him to anyone who asked!

I can't speak highly enough of James, the owner of this business, he is 100% reliable, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for him when he is carrying out work for us. He is very transparent and reasonably priced too with his quotes and in short I wouldn't even consider using another plumber! We had a few issues with a sink plug that wasn’t detachable, a set of bath taps that broke, we bought another set to replace them. Radiators that needed new thermostats, and a larger replacement radiator. This meant draining down the system re jigging the pipework for the new radiator, a rather smelly removal of a sink plug and back up that was inside! The work was all done efficiently, carefully and quickly. Areas were cleaned up after, the system refilled, radiators were bled and balanced out to optimize the efficiency as that was what my hubs and I asked for. We prefer someone else to work it out after work has been done! Really appreciate the work done. Plus it was all done with a smile and a very personable manner. All very professional. Would highly recommend.

I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.

We recently had our bathroom remodelled by J & D Betts Plumbing Services. Extremely professional service throughout. Jody always kept us updated and informed throughout the process. The work carried out by Jody, Rick and his team was exemplary. We would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Jody visited on numerous occasions to discuss our designs prior to undertaking the job. All waste was removed from site and the house cleaned every night, we really cant fault their professionalism. After months of searching for a reliable plumber, we found JD Betts Plumbing. Jody turned up when he said he would and listened to what we wanted to do in our ensuite bathroom. He gave us a start date and arrived promptly on that day. Rick worked tirelessly in gutting our bathroom. We had new pipework fitted to incorporate our new shower and for the moving of our toilet and sink. They removed all the wall & floor tiles and prepped the room for plastering. We had new floor and wall tiles put in along with panelling. Jody & Rick then put everything back. We truly have an amazing bathroom which we love. We really can’t recommend Jody, Rick & the team enough. They are thoroughly professional, tidy, kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any kind of plumbing work that we needed doing. What an amazing team.

Can’t recommend Stacey enough! He is always our first thought for any plumbing job. He has fitted our en-suite and has also fitted us with new radiators. When my partner went through a water pipe on Saturday afternoon, he showed up in 5 minutes and repaired the pipe along with other extras needed. Always a brilliant job and couldn’t be a nicer bloke! Absolutely saved the day on Saturday when our oil boiler stopped working in the cold weather. I called lots of plumbers but as it was the weekend many weren't willing to help. Grays Plumbing called me back and talked me through the issue very patiently and I was able to sort it out. Thank you so much - it was absolutely freezing (-4) and with three small children including a newborn he really did save the day!

Excellent experience with Grays Plumbing and Heating. Emergency call out on a Friday evening due to my own mistake - Stacey was responsive and arrived within the hour. Resolved the issue promptly, very tidy work, and also provided lots of advice and assistance in getting the system refilled and pressurised. Fee was very reasonable. Can't recommend enough and we'll have no hesitation in using again for future plumbing work we need doing.

Called with a emergency late within the evening. He came out with 20 minutes due to water leak, from a old water tap connected to the machine washing. Very friendly, and welcoming when he arrived. I can not fault his professionalism. Helpful with this explanation to why to problems and willing to fix the issue with a better connector for the water pipe to the washing machine, within a few days so I won't be it. Happy to leave me his machine to help me to get the rest of the water sucked up. My honest opinion, 100% comes recommended from me. Number noted down for any further plumbing issues I may have within the future. ✨️✨️

We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly. Kev highlighted a number of issues and corners that had been cut by the house builder, he was even able to rectify some during his visit.
