Chris at Pro Plumbing did an excellent job when we had our extension and new bathroom fitted several years ago – and we've called him for any plumbing work needed since then. Excellent, quick service.

Contacted a few plumbers after a water pipe leak at home. Chris responded quickly, was transparent with the costs (which were very reasonable) and how long he thought it would take to fix. Lewis arrived at 8am the next day and had it fixed in 30 mins, no messing about, and gave us some advice on the boiler while he was here. Nice one!

Chris is a fantastic plumber! He replies quickly and does trustworthy work. He kindly explains everything clearly, even when I ask basic questions, and he gives me good options to choose from. This was my first time using the company, and I’ll definitely come back if I need any plumbing-related work.

I've used Ari Plumbing a couple of times since moving to Harlow. I've had nothing but honest advice from them. I had a particularly old boiler that stopped turning on if it was cold. I was given a few quotes with different boiler types and brands for a wide budget choice. The team was very friendly and easy to work with. The job was done perfectly as you can see in the pictures. Very neat. I was also told that if I have ANY issues then to give them a ring anytime and they will be round asap to sort it. Fantastic service and would highly recommend!!

Needing a complete bathroom renovation and a recommendation from the ‘Bathroom Showroom’ and from other reviews, the renovation is now complete. John and Rob did an excellent job and friends and family can’t believe how the bathroom has been transformed. The need was for the bath to be replaced with a shower cubicle. Everything was ripped out, including all the floor to ceiling tiles and a new floor. To ensure a professional job was done, John and Rob being experienced plumbing and heating engineers ensured trusted other tradesman to do their speciality, so over the days had one lay a vinyl floor, a plasterer, a carpenter, a painter, and an electrician. Each was paid by me directly. John also assisted me in choosing the necessary fixtures and fittings and also paid the Bathroom Showroom directly. Certainly recommend Ari Plumbing and Heating 100% to everyone.

John undertook a large project for me that took several months. I can’t praise John and Rob enough for the work they undertook or managed, along with their attention to detail. John was really keen to ensure I was completely satisfied through each step of the works. The en-suite was completely gutted and renovated. This included a new floor and widening the area by removing and replacing a stud wall. The small corner shower was replaced with a large walk in shower, along with a new sink, toilet and radiator. John managed the external trades such as carpenter, tiler and plasterer as the job progressed. John also removed my older boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank with a new system boiler in the garage along with a new flue through the roof of the house. Finally he removed four radiators and put in a five new ones, three in different positions will associated pipework. He also put in a plinth heater connected to the central heating in the loft. The first 8 photos were taken today. The en-suite has been in place for two years and still looks fantastic. I can’t fault any of the work and have had no problems to date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John for any heating, plumbing or bathroom work based on my experience.

New Boiler Installation & Commissioning Following a recent terminal failure of my existing boiler, I phoned Billy to replace the old boiler. He responded to my mobile call at the first attempt and visited to look at the job the same afternoon. After his initial inspection he was very approachable and helpful in going through the options to quickly get us back up and running. We discussed a number of new boiler options/prices and reached agreement on a new Vailant boiler. Billy rang his supplier during the visit and confirmed he could install the boiler the following week. He arrived promptly on the agreed time/day, offloaded his equipment with the new boiler and started work straight away. He removed the old equipment and made the required pipework modifications to suit the new boiler, including auto air vents (not previously fitted), to prevent possible air locks. Billy's pipework was extremely neat/tidy and to a better standard than the existing. Throughout the installation work he was friendly/helpful and did not mind discussing the details of his work. In addition to the boiler installation he completed a full system power flush and sludge removal to prevent any potential water blockages, together with all the required gas safe checks and safety checks, etc. On the cost side, I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work and effort put into this installation. Before leaving Billy did a thorough tidy up of the work area and removed all of the redundant equipment and parts. All in all this was a really professional job, done by an extremely competent/knowledgeable plumber, in good time. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Billy. I would not hesitate to call Billy for any plumbing/heating issues in the future.

Billy recently fixed a problem with our central heating and hot water, which included replacing our old failing kingspan air source heat pump with a new vaillant model. We had been experiencing issues with the old unit when Billy diagnosed the problem and arranged for the installation of a new pump. The vaillant pump was delivered and fitted by Billy and was working initially, but began to show issues. Billy returned over the remainder of the week attempting to resolve the issue, but it was identified as a manufacturing fault with the vaillant pump, specifically the fan unit. A vaillant engineer then fitted the new fan unit but did not set the heating back on properly, meaning Billy returned to resolve the issue on a Sunday morning, and now our heating works perfectly. Throughout Billy was reliable, patient and hardworking and was very clear when explaining what he was doing during the fault finding process. The main issues with our install were unfortunately vaillant parts, which Billy could not have predicted. Billy was also very good at keeping in contact and being flexible with his time, repeatedly coming back to our property on short notice to help. Thanks Billy!

We called Heatline first thing on Saturday morning due to a blocked toilet when our attempts to unblock it had failed. Billy arrived within the hour and resolved it very quickly at a really reasonable price. He also identified the underlying cause (shoddy pipe work). Great service, would recommend this company.

RRM plumbing and heating came to the rescue as our old cylinder broke in our new home. I’ve been using DA Gas since March 2020 for various jobs, including fitting a tap to the complete renovation of my en-suite. Personally I would not use anybody else. All the staff have been wonderful, polite, professional and extremely competent. Huge thanks go to owner Dave, Michelle in the office, Nick & Danny (installers), Jordan (plasterer), Mitch (electrician), the flooring guys (sorry forgot your names) plus a shout out to Richard from All Colour Painting for organising the final piece, the decorating! I now have an en-suite to be proud of! Looking forward to using you again in April when I have my ancient radiators replaced with nice new modern ones. D.A Gas were recommended to me and I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent communications with this company from the first call to the engineer arriving. As well as a boiler service I had a couple of replacement radiator valves, so no job too small and professionally quoted beforehand. Friendly polite staff.
